They get dirty stares wherever they go
The women grow their hair long, moving in brightly colored dresses
They are a sharp contrast to the aristocratic, posh air of Europe and its people - who hardly break social norms.
The men in these communities are usually less than mined they take 2-3, sometimes 4 wives, as it was known Lord Krishna and Muhammad had many more
It's only realistic that they have a couple.
They tell stories of wandering desert travelers, shahs that hide incredible oasis palaces, lovers separated due to an arranged marriage, sorcerers that wish to travel the world, and genies trapped in lamps wanting to be free.
It's a wanting to be free that keeps them going
They spread far and wide so that communities like Morocco, Spain, Sicily, Slovakia and Romania begin to be filled with them - turning into cultural Meccas
They spread far and wide, through memories of traveling caravans
