Frenemy pt.1

ARIADNE'S POV

We were all in Stiles Jeep, minus Allison and Lydia, chasing the Kanima. Stiles suddenly pressed on the breaks, " what do we do know?" He asked but we didn't give him an answer as Scott, Oceanus, Aries, and I were already running.

We're all running trying to keep up with Jackson, knowing that Derek was also around here. " You here that?" I asked, as we all stopped. " Gunshots" Aries said nodding. " The Argents!" Ocean said and we all ran as fast as we could.

We watched as Scott knocked the Kanima out of the way from Gerard. We had a little stare down and I could see him glaring daggers at us, and by us I mean me, my brother, and Aries. We took off running, again.

We managed to track it close to this club but we lost it. I heard footsteps fast approaching and whoever it was I grabbed them by the shirt and slammed them up against the wall. " Stiles what the hell are you doing?!" I yelled, I realized I was him and let him go. " Sorry it was just that I couldn't let you guys have all the fun" Stiles breathes out. "That was nice, very fast thinking" Aries said and Ocean nodded, we all did a quick high five and focused.

" We lost him" Scott said, watching the area. "Why can't you catch a scent?" Stiles asked, shocked at the news. " We don't think he has one" Ocean said to Stiles, but it was more of like a reminder. " Can you tell where he's going?" Stiles asked, again. " To kill someone" Scott said like it was obvious. " Oh well, that explains the claws and the fangs, all that good stuff. Makes perfect sense now" Stiles sarcastically said, as we all shot him a look. "Look I'm 147 pounds of pale skin and fragile bone, sarcasm is my only defense!" He said, defending himself from us. " Just help us find it!" Scott exclaimed. " Not it, Jackson!" Stiles yelled back. " Ok everybody let's all chill out, take some deep breaths. Look we know that, but right now we got more important things to deal with" I said, stepping in. " The question is though does Jackson know what he is? Did anybody see him back at your house?" Oceanus asked, as we all peaked around the corner. " No but that doesn't matter, he already passed Derek's test anyways" Aries pointed out. I nodded, Erica was the only one of Derek's pack that went into Scott's room, but Jackson was already gone.

" Maybe it's like an either or thing" Ocean suggested looking at Stiles. " Derek said a snake can't be poisoned by it's own venom, so when's the Kanima not the Kanima?" Stiles asked, looking between all of us. " When it's Jackson. By the way for the record, earlier I totally said that if anybody was a walking snake, it's Jackson" I said, dusting off my shoulders. I should've put it together sooner but life happens so. Stiles tapped my shoulder and pointed up, " Uh, Scott, guys" Stiles said and we all followed him and seen where he was looking at, the Kanima was crawling into the club. Scott shot his head towards the entrance. " Do you smell something?" I asked walking beside him, he nodded his head, " Armani" he said pointing at Danny.

We were in the club watching Danny, and trying to find Jackson. " Guys, everyone in here is a dude!" Scott yelled at us over the loud music. And I laughed, looking towards Stiles. "Nothing gets past those keen werewolf senses huh Scott!" Stiles yelled back and I pulled him away and pulled us to the bar. " Five beers" Stiles said, tapping on the table. " They can have beer, we'll just take cokes" Ocean said pointing between me, him, and Aries. The bartender nodded and looked toward Scott and Stiles. " ID's?" He asked while handing us our drinks. They pulled out their ID's and the look on the bartenders face had me laughing. " How about two more cokes?" He suggested while handing the cards back. " Rum and Coke? Sure!" Stiles said happily, but the bartender shot him a look. " Cokes fine actually, I'm driving anyway" Stiles said, finally giving in. I watched as the guys in the club danced, I wish I could but we had more important matters. " I wish I could go dancing, I haven't in such a long time" I said, it was more to myself but I knew the guys could here me. " You wanna go now?" Aries suggested holding out his hand, i was gonna take it to but Scott grabbed my other and pulled me back. " That's gonna have to wait I just found Jackson" Scott said and he nodded his head up toward the ceiling. " You three get Danny" Scott said, referring to Aries, Stiles, and my brother. " What're you guys gonna do?" Stiles asked, I pulled out a blade while Scott flicked out his claws. Scott grabbed our hand as we made our way through the crowd. We stopped in the middle of the floor when we realized that we couldn't see him anymore of the fog machine.

We then saw bodies dropping and Jackson standing above them. " Jackson!" Scott yelled, but I don't see what that would do. " Scott look" I said as I pointed through the crowd at Derek. " Derek don't!" I yelled rushing forward but it was to late, Derek had swiped his claws at Jackson causing him to run away. Scott and I walked outside and followed the blood trail that led to a passed out, naked Jackson. The boys then came running behind us. " What do we do now?" I asked as I tried to wipe some of the blood off him.

I was getting ready to get in the back of the Jeep but Scott grabbed my hand, I shot him a look. " You're not going back there" Scott said tugging me forward. " Why not? He's out cold" I said, pointing to the sleeping Jackson. "Because he's naked! You can come sit up in the front with me" he responded, and I scoffed this little boy is getting on my last nerve. " So where are the guys gonna be? Also what are we gonna share the seat?" I asked, crossing my arms over my chest. " They can deal with that on their own. But you can sit on my lap" Scott said and dragged me into the front seat with him. I was trying to make myself comfortable but Scott grabbed my hips, " Aria, could you maybe not keep moving?" Scott suggested, I looked at him weirdly. " It's just, you know" he said gesturing towards his lap and then I realized. " Oh my fault, I'll just try to stay still" I said, but shifted one more time and that caused Scott to grip my waist even tighter. I looked back at him and he shot me a look.

" Ok so Danny's fine, he's happy that his ex is doing terrible" Aries said gettin in the back, along with Oceanus. " Look can we just get the hell outta here before something worse happens" Stiles said and went to start the car but the sheriff pulled up. " Oh my god! Could this get any worse?!" He said freaking out. Then we heard a low groan coming from Jackson. " Oh my god that was rhetorical!" Stiles yelled at unconscious Jackson. " Get rid of him" Ocean said from the backseat. " Get rid of him? We're at a crime scene and he's the sheriff" Stiles said pointing out the most obvious reason why he can't. " Do something, go talk to him" I said, basically pushing him out the car door. We watched him walk away but saw Jackson sit up. " Jackson, be quiet" Aries said, pushing him back down. The sheriff was getting ready to come up to the Jeep but Stiles stopped him. " Oh my god Jackson, shut up!" Aries whisper yelled, pushing Jackson back down. But he sat up again, " what's going on?" He asked. " Jackson I'm sorry" Aries said and punched him in the face. We all looked towards the sheriff and did a small smile and wave. " Did you really have to hit him?" I asked, turning around to face them. " Did you want Jackson going completely crazy in the Jeep?" My brother asked back, and I stayed silent.

" So what do we do with him? We can't just take him home" Oceanus said, speaking up from the backseat. I still couldn't get over the fact that they had to sit back there with a naked Jackson who was barely covered by a jacket. "What about, Scott's house?" Aries said, throwing a suggestion. " Not with my mom there! We need to take him somewhere we can hold him" Scott said back, we needed an idea and fast. " I've got an idea, it's not the best but, you know" Stiles said, taking his eyes off the road for a second. " Is it illegal?" I asked, hoping that wasn't the case. " Don't you think by now that's the case?" Stiles asked back. " I was trying to be optimistic" I said, my faith going out the window. " Don't bother" was all he said as he made a sharp turn, going down the road towards the woods.
