3rd PERSON POV

As the group of teens stood in front of the principal they were all tense, they didn't know if he knew about them so they had to be cautious.

" Scott McCall, academically not the most accomplished, but in recent event you have become quite the star athlete" he said as Scott nodded.

" Mr.Stilinski, perfect grades but little to no extra curricular. Maybe you should try lacrosse" Gerard said, Stiles tried to say he was on the lacrosse team but he moved onto the shadow hunters in the back.

" Ariadne and Oceanus Lightwood, twins. Both good when it comes to academics. Ariadne and your brother are both well known athletes when it comes to cross country" Gerard said as he read from the file and looked up at the twins. " Yes, we just love to run" she said as she pointed between her and her brother.

" Aries Wayland, new here I see, but from what I can tell you do exceptionally well with academics. Maybe you should try out for the lacrosse team, I can talk to the coach" he suggested looking at the blonde haired boy. He nodded his head, " I was actually going to do that later, so thank you" he cleared his throat.

" Hold on, McCall, you were the Scott that was dating my granddaughter" Gerard said as he pointed out Scott. " Well we were dating, but not anymore, not dating, not seeing each other, not doing anything with each other" Scott stuttered out, as all the other teens let out a small sigh, Aries shut his eyes and pinched the bridge of his nose. When they told him that Scott was a little slow, was an understatement.

Gerard let a humorless chuckle escape his lips, " relax Scott you look like you're about to crack a cyanide pill with your teeth" he said as Scott sighed, " just a heard breakup" is all he said in return. " Well it's too bad, you seem like a pretty nice kid to me. Now listen guys, yes I am the principal, but I don't want you to think of me as the enemy" he said looking at the group. " Is that so?" Stiles said seriously and Ariadne let out a small sarcastic laugh as she hit the boy in the back of the head, telling him to shut up.

" Now with it being my first day, I do need to support my teachers so a few of you are gonna have to stay behind for detention" Gerard said looking at the group. Scott was looking at Stiles and Oceanus while Ariadne was looking at Aries. The three boys seemed to catch on quick as they caught everybody staring at them.

Once they left Ariadne caught sight of Lydia, so she called her name and dragged Aries with her, she wanted to introduce him to her and let her know he was also supernatural. " Hey I haven't had a chance to check in, how are you?" She asked pulling her into a hug, she felt responsible for what happened. " I'm doing as well as expected, who are you?" Lydia asked pointing towards the blonde haired boy. Aries instantly put on a smile. " I'm Aries Wayland, friend of the twins" he said bringing up Lydia's hand and giving it a kiss. She smiled at him and looked back at Ariadne. " Is he... you know?" Lydia asked, not wanting to say supernatural just incase. " What supernatural? Yes I am, shadow hunter. One of the best, some would probably argue the best" he said putting himself in the conversation again. Ariadne scoffed, " don't listen to him, I'm the best. Anyway I just wanted to introduce you guys just incase, say I'm not here and you need something, he'll be here" Ariadne said pointing back at him. Then all the sudden Scott, Stiles and Oceanus all came running out to the group, " they're taking Isaac" they said and then they all rushed towards the front of the school, they got there just in time to see Isaac being driven off the police station, Isaac making eye contact with Ariadne.

ARIADNE'S POV

We watched as the drove Isaac away, I knew he was innocent. Isaac would never hurt anybody, much less his dad, I mean yes he was abusive but Isaac tried to hang on to the good memories of him. " Well, what are we supposed to do now?" I asked as I clapped my hands together. The entire group stayed silent until Derek's car pulled up, " get in" he said through the window. Scott and I turned towards the boys, " go back in, you guys have to go to detention, we'll meet up later" I said, trying to move them forward. " Go! You heard her, we'll meet up later" Scott said backing me up. They nodded and walked back in. We turned towards Derek.
