3rd PERSON POV

It had been a little over a month since Erica and Boyd went missing. Derek and everybody who was involved with looking for them had gone out a couple times throughout the month to search. Derek and Isaac would go one way and the shadow hunters the other. Sometimes Peter would even help giving Isaac the chance to search with the shadow hunters, making 3 groups of 2. They would start out at the loft and agree to meet at the Hale house.

" So what do we do if we see one of them?" Isaac asked Ariadne as they were walking through the woods. Ariadne didn't really want to be out this late at night but they figured this was the best time to search. " Well hopefully they don't see or hear us, then we follow them. Let's just hope we don't get in a fight with them" she said and stepped on a stick, breaking it. Isaac out his hand out in front of her and making them both stop. " I hear somebody" he whispered and led the way to where the person was supposed to be, they came to a stop in the clearing of the woods. " I don't get it, this is where the scent leads" he said as they looked around. Suddenly they heard a pair of feet drop landing on the ground.

" I spoke to soon" she whispered and pulled out her blade. The alpha had to be as young as they were, maybe a little older. " Where are Boyd and Erica?!" She demanded, Isaac looked at her like she was stupid, he even knew the alpha wouldn't say anything. " Why do you want to know shadow hunter?" He said and then roared, charging at them. Isaac went first and charged as he flicked his claws out. The alpha fought him with ease, then turned his attention back to Ariadne. This time she charged first, she made it seem like she was going for the throat but went for his stomach instead. She knocked him back a little and went again.

This time he clawed at her, scratching her right in the arm. Isaac came up behind him and kicked his legs out from under him. Giving Ariadne enough time to turn her bracelet in a whip and wrap it around his neck. " I'm going to ask again, where are Erica and Boyd?!" She demanded, pulling the whip a little tighter. He didn't say anything and she pulled tighter, making it hard to breath, she hurried up and turned the whip into her staff, with the snake head at the bottom. She took the snake head and hit him in the head, knocking him out.

She rushed to Isaac and they ran back to the Hale house.

When they got there they noticed everybody looked a little beat up. " Did we all run into an alpha?" She asked. They nodded. " We ran into this real big guy, and I mean huge!" Aries exclaimed and gave them a description. " We ran into a woman, she had claws for toenails" Peter said and Ariadne scrunched her face up in disgust. " How do you guys even know that?" Isaac asked, and they all nodded. " She was barefoot. But she's a fighter. Probably their best" Derek explained and Ariadne made a mental note of her. " What about you guys?" Oceanus asked his sister and friend.

" We ran into a guy. But something wasn't right, his face had like this little split thing going down the middle of him, almost like it was two different people" she explained and Isaac nodded backing her up. " That must be twins" Peter said and Derek nodded. " Hold up, you're telling me that guy back there was twins? Like they made up that one guy? I've never heard of that!" She exclaimed, and she was surprised to say the least. " Well it's rare, but not unheard of, it usually only come when you're born werewolves" Derek explained and Peter nodded this time backing him up.

" I had them right there on the ground. I asked where Boyd and Erica are but they didn't say anything. So I just knocked them out and came straight here" she said deciding to use they because it's two people. Oceanus then passed her the stele after he and Aries used it to heal their wounds. " So we met the alphas, or at least some of them. We'll pick training up tomorrow, same time. Go home" Derek ordered and Isaac followed after him, along with Peter. Leaving the shadow hunters out there by themselves. " Well you heard him, I'm not gonna get my ass kicked but joined alpha twins. Let's go" Aries said and hit Oceanus in the chest, leading them out of the woods.

" So who do we think the leader is?" Ariadne questioned Aries and Oceanus. " My bets on the big guy. He looked like he would have some power over other alphas" Aries said first, and he thought that was true but Oceanus didn't think so. " No definitely not, he may be big, but he isn't a leader, more of the muscle" Oceanus said, and Ariadne nodded.

" Ok so the big guy is the muscle. The twins make one big guy, adding strength and power. What does the girl do?" She questioned and they all looked at her weirdly. " What do you mean, what can the girl do? She kicked Derek and Peter's ass!" Aries yelled and Oceanus nodded. " No I'm not saying that. Like when Peter said when there is a new alpha on the rise, people take notice. So for them to be apart of the alpha pack, they had to be special. Like the twins can come together and make a huge alpha. The big guy is the muscle. So what makes the girl so special?" She asked again.

" Maybe she's ruthless. Hit hard, hit first take no prisoners type of thing. Even Derek said she's probably their best fighter" Oceanus explained.

The shadow hunters spent the rest of the night discussing theories and having a laugh here and there.
