Letharia Vulpina pt.2

3rd PERSON POV

Lydia was casually walking the halls of the school when she stopped. She saw Peter Hale of all people, hand her mom a card. Peter turned to her and smirked, then walked away.

" Why were you talking to him?" Lydia asked her mom who was smiling. " Because he started talking to me. He's from the health department" Natalie explained and Lydia just looked at her in disbelief. " Oh really? That's what he said?" She asked. 

" Yes, really. They're scheduling hearing tests for the students" Natalie told her daughter, she looked at her weirdly, seeing as she didn't think anything of it. " Hearing tests?" Lydia double checked, " he was was talking about hearing?" Lydia mumbled to herself. She now knew why Peter was here.

" Yes, hearing. I'm guessing we should sign you up. He gave me his card" she handed the paper to Lydia. " Mom, this is a piece of paper with a phone number written on it" Lydia stated the obvious as she handed it back. " I know. Still got it" Natalie winked at her daughter and walked away.

Oceanus walked up to her. " What's up?" He asked. Lydia sighed, " just Peter Hale having anterior motives" she turned back and faced him. " Doesn't he always. Any who, I just got a text from Aria, apparently Stiles is here" he whispered that last part. He didn't need a student hearing him and going to tell.

" He's here? Is he ok?" Lydia rushed out as they began to walk down the halls. " I think so, but Aria is getting weird vibes from him" he explained, but left Lydia a little confused. "What do you mean weird vibes? Does she not trust him?" She asked and he nodded. " I guess, but I know that she's usually right when she gets those feelings. She told us to just act natural and keep our distance" he instructed. He was always going to listen to his sister when it comes to these types of things, especially because she catches on to things that usually other people don't just yet.

ARIADNE'S POV

Ethan and Aiden were taking everything out of the bag, the rest of us just watched. " What the hell were you doing? Building the terminator?" Aiden asked as he held up a bunch of wires. "Thank you for that" Stiles responded sarcastically.

Scott took out a map and laid it on the table. "Guys this is a map" he called out making all of us surround the table. " Isn't that the cross country trail?" I asked moving my finger along the red line. " That's the Tate car. Where Malia Tate's family died" Isaac pointed out on the map. I snuck a glance at Stiles who was watching Scott and Isaac intensely. If I thought I could trust him, I sure as hell don't now.

" That's where her father put the steel jaw traps" Stiles realized as he crushed up the map that ended at lookout point. " We gotta get to the trails" I stated and rushed up the stairs.

3rd PERSON POV

Coach blew his whistle, signaling for the kids to start running. Danny was first as he pushed himself. He was surprised when Kira appeared right beside him. She smiled and pushed herself faster, leaving Danny in the dust.

Argent stepped off the elevator and looked straight at his door that was wide open. He quickly pulled out a gun and cautiously stepped inside. He looked inside his office to see an emitter on his desk. He slowly walked in, " lose something?" A voice called behind him. He turned around quickly but the person grabbed his arm, knocking the gun out of his hand. Then put claws at his throat, but Argent always carry's two.

" Derek? Cora?" He asked surprised to see them. " Why are you breaking into my apartment?" He demanded. " Why are you leaving emitters in Derek's loft?" Cora asked back, her claws out just incase.
