The Girl Who Knew Too Much pt.1

ARIADNE'S POV

Scott and I were finally able to have some alone time, so we decided to stay in and watch a movie.

" So" I started off as I watched the popcorn pop, " that other day in the car when you asked me if anything was wrong between us and I told you no, that was a lie. That night when we found that car I asked you while we were laying down if you wanted to make it official but you were asleep. So I was hoping if we could talk about whatever we are, you know? Just so we know if this is real?" I asked with hope as I turned around to watch Scott come back into the kitchen, getting off his phone.

I sighed, I tried taking Lydia and Allison's advice but it literally doesn't work. " Where do we gotta go?" I asked as I set the popcorn down and grabbed some shoes and my jacket, along with my keys. " We gotta go meet the others at school" he explained as he followed me out the door.

" It's crazy, it's like we can never have a moment alone" Scott was talking about how movie night was canceled. My grip on the steering wheel tighten, boy does he have any idea. " Yea, it's like when we get a moment and I go to say something, something always comes up" I agreed as I looked at Scott then the road. " Am I missing something here?" And I shook my head, " nothing. Nothing at all" I sped faster down the road.

We pulled up to the school at the same time Stiles did. " Where is she?" Stiles hopped out of the Jeep, " over here" the others called out. We all met in the middle. " Lydia?" I asked, " it's the same thing. The same thing as the pool. I got into the car heading somewhere totally different, but I somehow ended up here" she explained. " So you found a dead body?" Aries asked but she shook her head, " I just remembered Stiles saying call if I found a dead body" she didn't really give us an answer. "Did you find a dead body?" Stiles asked this time, "nope, no, I'm not doing that again, you guys can find the dead body" she shook her head. "Lydia how are we supposed to find the dead bodies if we don't even know how you got here?" Oceanus asked her, then Allison pulled me aside as I watched the three of them argue.

" Hey, what's wrong? I saw that you got out the car with a sad look" she asked, " so I tried to take your advice-'' I got cut off by Scott. " Guys!" He called out " I found the dead body" he said as we walked over to see a police officer hanging off the concrete carve out of our high schools name.

I sighed, " who wants to do the honors?" I asked looking around, " I guess I'll do it" I said sarcastically and dialed 911.

3rd PERSON POV

Scott, Stiles, Lydia, Oceanus, and Ariadne were all in Ms.Blakes class talking about two different things. Lydia and Ariadne were passing notes and having the occasional whisper about what happened between her and Scott, while the boys were talking about the Darach.

" So you asked him out again and he wasn't even there?" Lydia couldn't believe the luck Ariadne had, " Yes! I know right? I swear the universe has literally sided against me ever since that night at the Motel" she felt a chill going down her spine.

" Lydia. I wasn't aware you had so many hidden talents" Ms.Blake interrupted their conversation, " you and every guy I've dated" she smirked, leaving Ms.Blake shocked. " That was, uh, an idiom, by the way" Ms.Blake continued teaching.

" I swear, I'm just about to call a quits with guys" Ariadne was dead serious it was like no matter what she did, how much alone time she had with him, something always came up.

" Sweetheart, you've gotta be patient. It takes time" Lydia tried to soothe her, " but I've been waiting for years! When is it gonna be my turn?" She whispered back at her. She knew she sounded conceited but it was the truth.

Lydia and Ariadne had felt eyes on the so the looked forward to see the guys starring at them, more specifically Lydia. " What now?" She groaned. " We need you to talk to Aiden" Oceanus told her but Lydia shook her head violently, " please? We need to talk to Ethan alone" and Lydia groaned even louder, but agreed anyway.

ARIADNE'S POV

We were talking to Ethan, correction, Scott and Stiles along with Oceanus were talking to him while I was thinking about killing him right there.

I had gotten a text from Cora telling me she found Aiden and that she drew the symbol for revenge on the door. " I gotta go. I'll see you guys later. Not you Ethan, definitely not you" I called as I rushed down the stairs, Scott was calling my name but I had to do this fast.

I met Cora in the locker room and we hid behind a set of lockers. " Derek?" Aiden called out, " Aiden stop" Lydia tried to calm him down. " I'm right here Derek" he called out, "I'll scream" Lydia threatened. When Aiden called for Derek to come and get him, we did.

Cora shoved Aiden into the lockers and started slashing at his chest. Cora backed away just a little and I took my dagger slicing into his chest. Aiden roared and caught my hand and grabbed Cora, throwing us across the room. I helped Cora sit up and I watched as Aiden appeared in front of us, took a weight and slam it into Cora's head. I took my dagger and dragged and stabbed him in his leg, and made the cut longer as I dragged the blade down.

Aiden roared at me and was getting ready to hit me next but Ethan and Scott stopped him. "You can't do this!" Ethan yelled at him, " they came at me!" Aiden shouted back, his eyes never once leaving me or Cora. " It doesn't matter, Kali gave Derek until the next full moon, you can't touch him or her!" Ethan was talking about Cora because I most certainly wasn't in Derek's pack.

Aiden looked at Lydia one last time before walking out with Ethan. " Hey guys, I think she's pretty hurt" Oceanus pointed at the blood trickling down her head. We helped her stand and I took a rag to help clean the blood off her face.

" I'm sorry I couldn't stop him" I gently rubbed the rag over her forehead, " better me than you" she replied, taking the rag from my hands.

" You ok?" Scott asked, " she doesn't look ok" Lydia answered. " I'll heal" Cora pushes herself off the sink but wobbled so Oceanus helped her. " I said I'm fine" she took her hands off his. " Do you realize how suicidally crazy that was? What were you guys thinking going after them?" Stiles asked us, and it's like they forgot.

" We did it for Boyd!" I exclaimed, crossing my arms over my chest, " none of you were doing anything" Cora continued. " We're trying" Scott said, " and we're failing" I shot back, I'm so tired of seeing or finding bodies, I wanna be able to feel proud that I saved somebodies life.

" Your just a bunch of stupid teenagers, running around, think you can stops people from dying, but all you do is show up and find the bodies" Cora told them and walked out. I agreed with her but isn't she a teenager to?

" She's definitely a Hale. I'll make sure she gets home" Oceanus said, " I'll come to" Stiles followed him out. I left, I needed to go home and change considering that my clothes had rips and blood on them.

" Ariadne! Wait!" Scott followed after me and grabbed my arm. " What?" I turned around and yanked my arm out of his grip. " Why did you do that? You got hurt" did he not here why we just did that? " Scott, I did it for Boyd! Kali and the twins walk around here like they haven't done anything wrong! It's not fair! I get it, you have a no killing rule, but that was an innocent kid, my friend. It's like you guys all felt bad for two days and got over it. I haven't, Scott you need to learn that not everybody acts the same way as you. You want to act like me, or anyone of us, or even you can walk out of this life with out getting our hands dirty" I said and tried to walk away but Scott pulled me back.

" That's not fair, you know it's not" he replied softly. " You know what isn't fair? That Boyd finally got to see his family after being locked in a vault for 4 months, then to just turn around and die a few weeks later. You know Derek and I were the ones who went to tell Boyd's mom that he was dead. We had to lie to her and say an animal attacked him. He had his whole life ahead of him, and all he wanted to be was be extraordinary, but he didn't realize the cost was his life. So don't you dare talk to me about fair" I yanked my hand out of his grip, I could hear him calling me in the distance. But I could care less.
