Chaos Rising pt.3

3rd PERSON POV

It was quiet as they walked down the alleyway towards the latter that was supposed to lead them to the vent on the roof.

They were all looking around but Derek and Ariadne hadn't noticed the look Scott was giving them. " What?" They asked in unison. "It's just that theirs something that I can't get out of my head" Scott told them, he couldn't shake it and it felt like he knew the answer but couldn't piece it together.

" The moon is rising Scott, what is it?" She asked again, she knew that they were running out of time. " Risk and reward" he told them and Ariadne scrunched up her face in confusion.

" Which means what?" Derek asked agitated. "We're not measuring the risk with enough information. We don't know enough. Think about it, they put the symbol on your door 4 months ago. What have they been doing all this time? Why wait until now?" Scott asked but Derek and her didn't seem to care, all they now is that time is running out and that every second counts.

" We don't have the time to figure out every little detail!" Derek exclaimed, it was his betas on the line, it was his responsibility. " But what if this detail, the reason why they waited...what if it's the most important one?" Scott asked them.

" Then we do nothing. Boyd and Erica are dead. We know what we're risking, our lives for theirs" Ariadne told him. She wasn't particularly fond of Erica but she protected people, or at least tried to. Possibly dying was basically the job description for people like her.

Derek had pulled the latter down and made his way up, Scott and Ariadne following after.

ARIADNE'S POV

Once we got through the wall we looked around, Scott had kept me extra close after what I said about risking my life.

" Boyd?" Derek questioned but Boyd just growled in response, we all stood up slowly and I slowly took out my blade as a girl appeared, she was having a little more control than Boyd.
I looked around and saw a line of black ash surrounding the room. " Derek, we gotta go, or we at least gotta grab them and leave now" I told him as I looked at where it stopped by the vault door.

" Cora?" Derek asked, and I'm gonna take a guess and say whoever this girl is means something to Derek. " Derek, get out. Get out now!" She yelled at him and I looked toward him for an answer.

Suddenly the door opened and Ms.Morell had dropped the last bit of the ash, trapping us in here with them. " No! No wait!" Scott yelled but our attention was quickly turned back to Boyd and the girl who was apparently named Cora, as they roared and they full transformed, giving into the moon.

They charged at us, Boyd going for Derek and Scott. While Cora came after me, I tried not to hurt Cora considering that she was important to Derek, so I put away my blade and used my bracelet and turned it into a staff.

She roared at me and swiped at me, I ducked and while her back was towards me I used my staff and pushed her into the wall. Boyd then came at me and caught me off guard, ramming me into the wall behind us. He swiped at my stomach but Derek came and pushed him off.

" You know her?" I asked as we all backed into the wall. " She's my sister! My younger sister!" Derek yelled and my eyes widened in surprise, we'll I guess there was a secret Hale all along.

" What then hell is she doing here?" Scott asked, as I used my staff to push back Cora. "Like I have any idea I thought she was dead!" He yelled at him and then Allison came into view, " Lookout!" She yelled and Derek moved while I ducked. Boyd then grabbed Scott and threw him into the wall. Cora came at me again and I hit her leg, knocking her down but not before her claws swiped at me. It's like she healed faster than the normal werewolf because she came right back at me.

" Don't break the seal!" Derek yelled at Allison and I looked over at Allison. That gave Cora all she needed to claw me and she hit my chest. "Boyd!" Allison yelled and broke the seal. She had just released two bloodthirsty werewolves into the streets of Beacon Hills, but she also just saved our lives.

" Derek back off!" I yelled as I wobbled out of the vault. " What were you thinking?" Derek yelled in here face. " I had to do something! They were gonna kill you!" Allison exclaimed and I slowly slid down the wall, I guess the loss of blood has taken its toll. " She saved our lives" Scott told him, and I texted Ocean to come quick and to bring a stele. I guess it was time for the backup plan.

" What do you think they're gonna do out there? Do you have any idea what we just set free?!" Derek yelled at all of us, but I couldn't blame him. " You want to blame me? I'm not the one turning teenagers into killers!" Allison yelled back, she was defending herself. " They aren't killers. They just can't control it yet" I slowly said, I was trying to be calm and still so I wouldn't freak out and lose more blood.

" No it's just the rest of your family" Derek told her and that caused Allison to turn back around. " I've made mistakes. Gerard isn't my fault" she told him but she did help Gerard almost kill us, but that wasn't the point.

" What about your mother?" Derek asked her and I sat up, " Derek!" I yelled. We weren't on good terms and she needed to know the truth, but she doesn't deserve to find out like this.

" What do you mean?" She asked, Derek and I looked towards Scott. If she was gonna find out about it now, he should tell her. " Tell her" I told him, and Allison looked at me.

" Scott? What do them mean?" She asked him and then I heard the doors opening.

" Aria!" Ocean and Aries yelled. " Over here!" I yelled and wobbled over to meet them in the middle, I decided that I should step away from Scott and Allison so they could talk.

" So Boyd's alive, it also turns out you were right. There was a secret Hale" I told Ocean as he grabbed my hand and turned my head so he could trace over the runes. " Her names Cora Hale. She's Derek's younger sister" I said as I sat on the floor. They followed me and I told them everything that they missed.

I didn't mean to make this episode into 3 different chapters, it just kinda happened. I feel like soon Allison and Aria will have a moment to apologize to each other. I kinda miss their friendship. But we got our first introduction to Cora! I'm so excited to write her story and involve her with the pack. She will be Ocean's love interest but I'm gonna play them out. I'll of course give them some scenes within the first half of the season.

I was thinking about writing a Liam Dunbar story as well. I was actually thinking about doing one for almost all the teen wolf boys, I just don't know if any one will read it. But I'm fairly certain I'll be writing a Liam one. I just don't know if I should publish it before or after I'm done with this book.
