3rd PERSON POV

The twins walked over to the scene invisible, standing side by side. Looking around the first thing they noticed was that the plate glass window was smashed through. They seen the sheriff talking to two teenagers trying to figure out what happened. " Can you see who they are?" Ariadne questioned. Her brother nodded as he activated one of his runes to see. " It's Jackson and Lydia" he said. " Are they hurt?" She asked. " No but they are shaken up, apparently the store clerk was killed" Oceanus responded. " So why kill the store clerk but leave Jackson and Lydia alive?" She asked, this was not the alphas M.O. It basically was take no prisoners and slaughter anybody. " I don't know but the way their description goes, it sounds like the alpha" Oceanus replied back to his sister. Either not saying a word. Meanwhile on the roof two beta werewolves stood looking at what happened.

" Are all of us killers?" Scott asked Derek as he scanned the area. " No my mother used to say that we're predators, we don't have to be killers" Derek stated. " So why are they?" Scott asked, Derek shrugged his shoulders walking away giving Scott the sign to follow him. And Scott was going to until he caught the sent of vanilla and roses, and a earthy citrus smell. Scott scanned the area and found the twins standing there as people walked passed them, Scott figured they were using their runes considering that nobody has looked at them yet. He was confused as to why they were they but he couldn't question them now, so he walked away after Derek.

ARIADNE'S POV

Today was parent/teacher conference day, and I also decided today was the day that I go out into the woods to handle those demons. I mean it's not like it would matter, dads still out of town. Getting dressed wasn't hard. I just put on some jeans and black shirt with a leather jacket. I still wore my heels because who the hell would I be if I didn't?

Walking down to the kitchen I already seen Ocean eating. " Hey, morning" he said through bites of cereal. " Morning" I replied back as I opened the cabinet to grab a muffin. " Why do you always grab a muffin?" My brother asked, honestly it was a good question. I guess it's just my to go snack. " I would eat something different today but I gotta go handle some demons" I said opening the package. " Yea that's also not fair, why do I gotta go to school while you get to go have fun" Oceanus said pouting. " Ok even if it is a little fun, I still gotta watch out for the alpha and you have to go keep a lookout for Stiles, Jackson, and Lydia. Well Jackson can kiss my ass for all I care but still." I said going to grab a drink from the fridge. " I know but still it's not fair. Also you'll be alone, how many demons did dad say?" He asked. " Truth be told I don't know. But you have to go because the people will think it's weird that every time one of us misses school, so does the other. Also I won't be alone I'll grab somebody along the way" I said grabbing my stele and a couple weapons walking out the door.

SCOTT'S POV

I was walking the halls looking for Stiles or even one of the twins, especially one of the twins. Ariadne sent a group text that she won't be at school, so now my best bet is to find Ocean. But first I stopped by Allison's locker.

" Is it your birthday?" I asked. " Uh Yea, Yea it is but i don't make a big deal about it" She said shoving everything back into her locker. " Why didn't you tell me?" I asked hurt, I felt bad because then I would've found a way to celebrate. " It's not a day that I really like to talk about because I'm 17" she lowered her head. " Hey it's ok I get it, school held you back a year because of all the moving" I said. She lifted her head and smiled giving me a kiss on the lips. " What was that for?" I asked smiling. " It's a thank you for not assuming the worst, usually people think I got pregnant or I'm stupid" Allison explained. I could tell she didn't want to be here. " Hey let's go skip, like all day" I said grabbing her hand. " You're asking me? A girl who's never skipped a class to skip the whole day?" She asked. I nodded and pulled her along. Rushing outside to get to her car. " Allison can you go please?" I asked as I ducked my head because of campus security. " Yea hang on I'm just texting Lydia so she can be my alibi" Allison said being on her phone. " Allison, start now please" I said putting on a seatbelt as Allison nodded hurriedly putting the key in and drove.
