Forgotten Malfoy// Cedric

Beginning

Hey everyone this chapter is going to be fairly short, I hope you all enjoy this story, it picks up fast. Somewhere around chapter 20 I began adding music I thought fit for the chapter! Please leave any comments or thoughts I love reading them. Enjoy!!

"Gryffindor," the sorting hat shouted out loud. My stomach dropped, me a Malfoy, not in Slytherin. My father was going to kill me. Draco's eyes were wide staring at me in disbelief. Slowly I stood up, cautiously making my way to the table. I kept my head down as Ronald Weasley, a girl named Hermione, and the famous Harry Potter took their seats around me. "Hey," another red head smiled at me. "Hi," I muttered depressingly. "You don't look too happy to be here." I shrugged, "just didn't think I was fit to be a Gryffindor," the boy nodded. "A Malfoy, I know. Not fit to your status or whatever." I bit my lip looking away. "I'm Fred by the way, this is George." I noticed the other boy, George looked exactly like him. "Twins. I'm Alyssa." Fred nudged, Ron. "This is my younger brother he's first year like you." I gave him and Harry a small smile. "Nice to meet you," Ron said. I shook their hands nervously, "you too." Harry nodded, "so you said your last names Malfoy?" I felt sick hearing my last name again, I felt like I carried great disappointment to my family. "Yes." I finally answered. George looked over to Draco, "you nervous about what they're gonna say aren't you?" I was barely holding back my tears, "they're gonna hate me. My father will disown me."

I wasn't far from the truth when I said my father wanted to disown me. Draco barely spoke to me, the only person who seemed to show some acknowledgment to me was my mother. Which is why I took comfort in the Weasley kids, as horrible as my summers have been back at home, knowing I was going to see them again gave me something to look forward too.
