letters to santa

"Mommy! I wrote part of my Santa letter at school!" Mallory announced as she walked into the house. Zoe smiled as Mallory stuck it to the fridge.

"That's fun! We'll have to finish it after dinner and then put it in the mail won't we?" Zoe asked. Mallory nodded and looked at Tia who was sitting in her highchair.

"Tia needs one too." Mallory decided.

"Okay! Well if you wanna think of some things Tia would like, we'll write her a letter to." Zoe agreed. Evan walked into the kitchen and kissed Zoe.

"Smells yummy." He commented.

"It's going to be." Zoe stated.

"Can you get the girls started with their Santa letters after dinner?" Zoe asked, rubbing her eyes.

"Yeah of course. Are you feeling okay?" Evan asked, touching the side of her face.

"Tired. The tiny goblin kept me up all night." Zoe whined. Evan chuckled softly and kissed her forehead.

"I'm sorry sweetheart. Of course I can help the girls." Evan assured her. Zoe smiled and continued cooking.

"Alrighty Mal, what do you want to ask Santa for for Christmas?" Evan asked. Mallory looked at her father.

"I want an American girl doll." Mallory said as a matter of factly.

"Is there a specific one you want?" Evan asked.

"One that looks like me." Mallory declared. Evan nodded and wrote that on Mallory's list.

"Did you remember to write that I've been a good girl?" Mallory asked. Evan nodded.

"Of course I did baby." Evan reassured her. Mallory listed a few more things before deciding that she wanted to write the last part and Evan looked at Tia.

"Okay pumpkin, what do you want from Santa?" Evan asked, putting the little girl in his lap.

"Sata!" Tia cheered.

"Yeah, what do you want?" Evan asked.

"Aesa!" Tia yelled.

"What baby?" Evan asked.

"Aesa!!" Tia screamed.

"She means 'Elsa' Daddy." Mallory cut in.

"Elsa doll?" Evan asked. Tia nodded frantically and Evan began writing. He added a few things with input from Mallory and smiled.

"We'll have Mommy put these in the mail tomorrow."
