nancy- are you going to press charges on anyone in that file gave you like your past foster parents?

eliana- i knew you wouldn't call me to tell me happy birthday thinking of yourselves haw

nancy- im sorry eliana know that your ex case worker was fired

she hung up and blocked the number and continued to cook and clean .. till he got back she grabbed a beer and opened it

she served them both and sat down

eliana: im drinking cuz my old case worker called me when you left

eliana: to find out if i was going to press charges on my old foster parents .. now that im turning 18

joker: press charges?

eliana: yea.. um one of her boyfriends took advantage of more than once when i was like 9 or 10 i got out when i snitched about it to a doctor

she took another drink

eliana: thanks for that joker .. so what you do today? cuz i know you weren't out there?

joker: had to send a package out to lokote cuz he bugs then i had to go deal with jennys ass

joker: i broke up with her well i said i needed my time

he shook his head as she got up and cleaned

she slowly continued to look more into her moms background .. staying distracted from her birthday

she wrote it down she looked threw her charges .. she was a known dealer that worked on the streets for a high

she got sad reading the charges she put her phone down and got up and rolled up a joint .. fell asleep crying that night

she rolled her eyes and listened he took her outside

she turned to him and hugged him he hugged her back laughing

joker: i know you did that's why i got it and keep the cash .. you said you've never really celebrated so we are today its your car

she hugged him again and kissed his cheek
