In, "Season 4, Episode 3: The Accidental Patient" Nic announces that she's pregnant, and feels like nothing is different. So, she tells Conrad that they need to do a blood test to 100% sure.

(No one's POV)
Conrad and Nic walk into the elevator. Nic notices Conrad looking at her, concerningly.
"What is it"? Nic asked.
"Nothing. What's gong on"? He asked.
Nic looked at him, hesitantly, not sure if she even should tell him.
"Nic?! What is it"? Conrad asked.
Nic turned to the side and said, "I don't feel like I'm pregnant", Nic said. Then she turned toward him and said, "I'm not tired and I don't feel like I am".
"Maybe it was a false positive", Conrad suggested.
Nic sighed and said, "Well, the only way to truly know is to do a blood test. And, since we want to keep it a secret, you are going to have to do it. Do you think you can"?
Conrad just looked at her and said, "Yes. I can".
Nic sighed and said, "okay. Let's go".
As soon as the elevator stopped both Nic and Conrad walked into a supply room.
