It was strange for Keilani to not start out her school year with a slushie to her face.

For the past three years, Keilani had been subject to the ice cold drink being thrown all over her, and by her senior year, she had almost become numb to it – both physically and emotionally.

But there seemed to be a lot of things different about Keilani's senior year. For one thing, the New Directions were actually cool. Cheerios weren't outwardly teasing Keilani like they did the past three years. Instead, they were saying hi to her and appearing to be nice. There was a fakeness to most of them that made Keilani cringe, making it almost just as bad as when they spent years bullying her mercilessly.

Another difference was that she no longer saw so many of her friends that she had become used to seeing around the halls of McKinley. Quinn and Santana weren't walking around with their high ponytails and red cheerleading uniforms. Finn wasn't leading the crowd of football players in his letterman jacket. Keilani could no longer find Mercedes or Kurt at their lockers, and Keanu wasn't driving her to school every morning.

Yet there was one thing that hadn't changed, and that was JBI's horribly invasive questions and his camera buddy forcing a camera in his subject's face.

"Keilani Cabral...from bullied, nerdy outcast to running the most popular club in school!" He exclaimed, shoving infamous blue microphone towards her. "What are your thoughts on that?"

Trying her best not to completely lose it on JBI like she had been tempted to do way too many times in the past, Keilani grinned and answered, "It feels awesome! I'm really happy the New Directions are finally getting the recognition they deserve."

JBI didn't like this happy answer, and wanting more drama for his blog, questioned, "How do you feel knowing that the only talented members of the group have left you all in the dust?"

And...there it is.

"There's still plenty of incredible singers in the club," Keilani said, still trying to keep the smile on her face even though it was a little more strained this time. "And I'm sure we'll find more at auditions this week."

Rolling his eyes, JBI found Keilani to be too boring for his blog and, upon spotting Sam Evans with a bunch of girls crowded around him, found someone to interview that likely be a lot more interesting. "Sam Evans! From hobo stripper to Glee Club celebrity! How does it feel?" JBI questioned.

"Awesome and about time," Sam gushed.

"Do Taylor Lautner again!" One of the girls called out, causing a few more giggles of excitement.

After clearing his throat, Sam leaned into the microphone and said, "Bella, I love you, and I'm a werewolf," causing a few more squeals from the girls.
