alright here we go !!

i was in a bit of writing funk before i started butterflies. it had been a long time since i had found a character/book/fandom i was with percy jackson. i just...idk. i felt like i was losing my passion for writing a little bit. then i started writing this book, and i felt my love for writing come back in full force. this was the first time i had gotten to create a book that truly went through a journey, and it was also the first time i wrote an oc as one of the love interests (but it certainly won't be the last !!).

i feel like i've grown a lot since starting this book nearly three years ago. i've matured a lot as a writer and as a person. while i like the person i was when i started this book, i like the person i am a little more now when i'm ending it :,)

thank you all for sticking around. thank you for pushing through my long breaks between updates when college became overwhelming and took a larger priority. thank you for reading my chapters, voting, and leaving fun comments. i quite literally read every comment that has popped up on my book, and i love every single one. i'm not the best at replying (i get way too anxious sometimes), but truly know that i love every single response.

writing butterflies has truly been the most incredible experience. thank you all so much for being a part of it. i love you all oh so very dearly
