Brittany had been removed as the Cheerios Captain for her poor grades and had been completely slipping as a result. So after a little bit of convincing, Keilani had managed to get Mr. Shue and the Glee club on board with another Britney Spears week to help Brittany get her confidence back.

The entire Glee club had been loving and clapping along to Joe, Keilani, and Sam's performance of '3', but Brittany sat in the back of the room, slouched over and not able to get herself to enjoy the performance.

As the song came to a close, Brittany made a decision, sighed deeply, and walked over to the nearby socket in the wall. All the other teens stared at her, wondering what she was doing. However, that confusion suddenly turned to horror when they saw her pull out a razor out of her backpack and turned it on, holding it above her head.

Keilani leaped off her stool and lunged to grab the razor out of Brittany's hand as Unique reached over and unplugged it from the wall. "Brittany, what are you doing?" Mr. Shue questioned in a horrified voice.

"Coach Sylvester's taken away my high pony," Brittany stated as if her answer was obvious. "If I can't have my high pony, I don't want any hair at all." Brittany reached for the razor again and Keilani held it even farther away from her, terrified of what would happen if Brittany got her hands on that razor again.

The bell rang and Brittany looked around the room at all the students staring wide-eyed with horror at her. Sighing, Brittany stepped out of the room, but was soon greeted by JBI with his blue microphone and camera. "Brittany S. Pierce, what do you say to reports that you've gone off the rails?"

"Leave me alone, JBI!"

"What's going on in your head right now?" JBI pressed.

"Leave me alone, JBI!"

"What are you thinking?"

"Leave me alone!" Brittany repeated before pulling a green umbrella out of her backpack and beginning to hit him in the side with it. "I said no comment!"

"Should we do something?" Blaine questioned, staring warily over at Brittany, who was still beating JBI to the ground with the umbrella despite Mr. Shue trying to break the fight apart. "I feel like this is usually the point where Keilani comes in and breaks the fight apart."

"I know I probably should," Keilani whispered to Sam and Blaine. "But he's had this coming for years."

"Maybe let's just...walk away," Sam suggested quietly, and Keilani grabbed both boys' hands as the three slowly snuck out of the choir room, and – once they were sure they were out of sight from the fight – bolted down the hallway.

Later that afternoon, Keilani and Sam sat in the front seats of Keilani's car, waiting in the parking lot for her little sister Naia to come out from dance practice. This had pretty much become a routine for them after school whenever Keilani or Sam didn't have work or there wasn't football practice. They'd usually go to New Directions rehearsal, pick up Naia from dance class, then head back to Keilani's house where they'd go to hang out.
