Love was in the air this week with the upcoming Hudson-Hummel wedding, but Keilani wasn't really feeling it. Sure, she was ecstatic to be going to the wedding because she could tell how much Kurt and Finn's parents loved each other. Plus, she just loved the concept of weddings. Maybe it was the inner romantic in her coming out full force, but her heart just seemed to grasp onto the idea of dedicating an entire day to celebrating a couple's love.

But that wasn't what was on the forefront of her mind. Who she was really worried about was the son of the groom.

Everyone in the school knew that the Glee club was bullied, but there were some who were targeted and treated more harshly than others. People like Finn and Brittany were at the top of that tier. Sure, they got a few slushies and insults thrown in their faces every now and then, but comparatively it was nothing compared to some of the others. Keilani, Artie, and Rachel were the near bottom of that hierarchy.

But then there was Kurt.

Keilani and Mercedes had barely left Kurt's side the past week out of fear of what would happen if they left him alone for more than a few moments. For reasons that Keilani still had yet to figure out, Karofsky had taken a special interest in tearing Kurt's self-esteem down to a shred and making him scared of even stepping into McKinley. It could be just because Kurt was the only guy who was out at school, but Keilani had the gut feeling it was more than that. She couldn't just peg exactly what it was yet.

But Keilani, or anyone in the Glee club, knew that they couldn't protect Kurt wherever he went. But that still didn't stop her from worrying herself sick.

"Look, I'm terrified," Keilani admitted at her locker to Mercedes, who nodded in agreement. "I'm so scared for Kurt's safety. Why hasn't admin done anything about this?"

Mercedes let out a huff of annoyance, just as exasperated as Keilani was. "Principal Figgins is absolutely useless. We get bullied in front of everyone and they just walk past, completely ignoring it."

"I tried getting Keanu to say something, but he told me that trying to talk to those guys is like talking to a brick wall," She said with a sigh as she exchanged her math textbook for her science one. "He tried getting a word out about it and they shut him down instantly. The most he can do is pull Kurt out of the dumpsters and keep them from shoving Kurt into lockers when they're all walking together."

"Keanu always seemed sweet," Mercedes said with a small, bashful smile, causing Keilani to raise an eyebrow and take a mental note of the small moment. As if she noticed her small slip up, Mercedes shook herself back into focus and focused back on the problem at hand. "Is there anything else we can really do? I'll try anything at this point."

"Well Rachel's already tried something."

The two girls turned around, confused and a little worried as to what Rachel solving a problem entailed, to see Santana with her arms crossed and lips pursed together, pissed off about what she just dealt with in the choir room. "She just had a meeting with all the Glee girls who had boyfriends on the football team to see if they can tell their boyfriends to knock some sense into Karofsky."
