With the wedding coming up that Saturday along with Valentine's Day, there was an excited feeling in the air in the choir room that only seemed to magnify at the arrival of Mr. Shue, who was now back for good from D.C.

"Mr. Shue, how was D.C.?" Artie asked.

"D.C. was great, but now I'm back to stay. And so, for my first order of business, I want to give a shoutout to the guy who made sure I had something to come back to...Mr. Finn Hudson.

Finn, who hadn't been expecting all the attention being thrust upon him, made a surprised face as the room began to applaud for him. However, his guilt over kissing Ms. Pillsbury kept him from truly celebrating.

As Mr. Shue kept talking to the class about that week's assignment of love songs, Sam couldn't help but notice how Keilani didn't seem as enthusiastic as she let on. "Hey," He said quietly, nudging her in the side to get her attention. "You alright? I thought you'd be pretty excited for Saturday, especially since that means Mercedes and Kurt are back in town."

"I don't know..." Keilani shrugged then rested her head on his shoulder. "It just kind of sucks that we're going to spend our first actual Valentines Day at our teacher's wedding."

"Yeah, I really wish we could've done something for just us," Sam admitted before brightening up a little bit. "But it could be worse! We get a fancy free dinner, and we can spend the whole night making fools of ourselves on the dance floor!"

"And I get to see you in a suit and tie!" Keilani added, her excitement beginning to grow. "I know I just saw you in one a couple weeks ago, but I still get super excited every time."

"See! This is totally going be an awesome Valentine's Day, Lani, I promise!"

With Marley so excited for Valentines Day that upcoming week – and the fact that she had already given him his gift – Jake Puckerman knew that he'd be in trouble if he didn't come up with an idea for how to make the day special for her. This was what led him to seek out a certain Glee club member, who he thankfully found very quickly at her locker.

After noticing Jake, Keilani grabbed her books and turned to him with a grin. "Hey!" She greeted. "What's up?"

"I really need your help to figure out what to do for Valentine's Day," Jake told her. "Ryder's helping me out a bit, but it's a little weird considering he had feelings for Marley a while back, so I thought I'd ask you for some help as well."

"I totally get that, but why do you want me to help too?"

"You're a total sap! And a girl!" Jake exclaimed. "You're like the perfect person to ask about this!"
