Morgan POV. I looked at Hotch and felt bad for him.. This didn't look good at all for us .... especially him.. We understood his actions as our leader, but the directors probably wouldn't.. He stepped down doing Foyet case and I was the leader, simply to throw Foyet off.. But the board didn't look at it that way, but they let that ride once Hotch lost his wife behind it.. Then there was Emily fake death, the directors really wanted to fire him, but Strauss was on our side by then, and she fought for him.. There was other incidents but now we had been asked to leave a case, this shit didn't look good... As I was thinking these thoughts, Aaron was repeating them to Strauss like he had read my mind... So Erin he said with all this against me, I may be asked to step down, even get fired... Hotch I will not allow that to happen Strauss said with fire in her eyes...Erin the board could fire you he said softly.. I don't care Aaron we are a team and a family and we will stand together she said.. She's right I added.. Look Hotch you are a wonderful team leader... You are passionate and give 100 percent of you to this job and to us... Jennifer is unbalanced, we just have to show the board that... What if we can't he asked? We will cross that bridge when and if it come to that I said.. All I know if you aren't leading this team, I'm not continuing with this team I said.. Neither am I Reid said immediately.. Me neither Emily said standing by her man,I can't either Garcia said from her computer... I will quit immediately Strauss said... Hey I'm rich Rossi said sarcastically... So all you bums can stay with me he said making us ask laugh loudly.. Only Rossi could make us laugh in a dim situation
