The doctor taps his foot repeatedly as he sat, crossing his arms and thinking over many possibilities. Tatara scoffs rather impatiently. "Ugh, do we really have to send out an entire search on this punk?" "My my, Tatara, wasn't it you who stated to find him 'even if you have to burn down all of Tokyo'?" Eto had commented, with a teasing manner.

Tatara scoffed yet again. "I meant do we have to SEARCH for him? Can't we just activate the tracker we've implanted into him?" Kanou sighed, still with his arms crossed. However, he had halted his foot tapping and crossed his legs instead.

"Well no, not exactly. You see, how the tracker basically works is it takes the electrical field within the area, synching it into a national GPS. However, this in turn causes shocks and electrical pulses to be released, inflicting pain onto the subject-!" Tatara rolled his eyes. "Listen, Kanou...sorry for the skepticism, but could you possibly tell it within simpler terms?"

Kanou again sighed, getting up from his seat as he remained to cross his arms. "What I'm trying to say is... If it gets activated, the tracker itself will cause Takizawa severe pain around that area, which will mean he'll likely find a way to get it removed as quickly as possible. And if that wasn't all, wherever it tracks him, might not even be where he's currently staying. So because of those factors, activating the tractor would be more like a last resort."

Eto goes in front of Tatara. "Ah, you know...I haven't really thought of that myself. Thank you for the insight, Kanou." The elder male waved his hand dismissively. "Anytime."

Eto turns to the others. "Alright, now knowing what we know, we should at least look into and hunt down Takizawa. A.K.A, Owl-15. And only when we've reached an impasse, and only if we end up with that, can we activate it. So, as of right now, we'll focus on planning the search!"

And so, Eto and her 'number ones', gathered everyone they wanted. Clearing her throat, she explained the situation and thought over the plan. Detailing how many groups are sent at a time, where to look and who to ask and how to treat the situation if something were to go horribly wrong. By the end of it, Tatara is the one to end it.

"Alright, so now that all of you understand the situation, it's aperitive that we do everything we can to bring him back!" The majority of the crowd cheered,  while others...remained silent.

In private, Kanou speaks his thoughts to the higher ups. He took a deep breath, expressing his opinion. "Eto, Tatara...you know I'm not the type to do anything reckless, or even...well,  'free-standing'. However, I need to ask something of you."

Eto smiled. "Oh, what may that be? I trust you when it comes down to it, you're always so canny and you know what the hell you're talking about." Kanou sighs, rubbing the back of his neck. "Yeah...and asking this will totally cut down that worth."

Eto tilts her head, giggling. "And what do you mean?" "I want to join you on your journey, and bring the punk back." Tatara scoffed. "Wow, that did cut it down; it's completely ridiculous."

Kanou again sighed, feeling the patience for himself fail him. "Let me explain; you know as well as I do that Takizawa is beyond terrified of the two- or should I say 'three' of us?" Eto giggles and claps at the flattering comment.

"So of course you'll know...seeing us together is sure to break him apart and make him freeze up. The freeze response is a natural response to pure terror, so it'll be easier to have him in place." Tatara, of course, doubtfully scoffed.

"Really, that's your reasoning Kanou? You'd think you can-?!" "Secondly, much like Aogiri, I have connections amongst connections to people all over the wards. So if there had been any sight on him, we can find out through them!"
