Chapter Two - Never Ending

Seidou slowly opened his eyes, quickly sitting up and reaching out his hands. When suddenly a shock of pain hits him, then holds it in response. It was newly bandaged but there was a giant blood stain. He found himself shirtless, looking around he finds the missing shirt hanging on the wall. He slowly stands, wincing in pain and continues to clench the wound. How long was he out for, what did they do to him as he was passed out?

He took a look at his left arm; it was still healing but was actually starting to appear more human like. 'Seems only like one day has passed...' The young man thought. 'I just hope they-!' Another shock of pain interrupts his thinking.

Seidou finally makes it to the article of clothing, putting it on and struggling slightly in the process. Seidou takes a big sigh, in a way to try and relax. 'I guess running like that was a terrible idea...' Seidou leans against the closest wall and slowly slides down and sits there on the floor. There he felt a little comfort.

Before he knows it, Kanou enters the room, to which of course the younger male stood up quickly, holding his stomach and backs into the opposite side of the room. Kanou chuckles lightly. "My, that's not very nice. I'm only here to give you a checkup, so don't think about attempting that little stunt again."

Seidou remained silent as he continued to scoot away. "Takizawa, please be at least a little reasonable." "You...! Tatara stabbed me!" "You started sprinting, Tatara panicked!" Seidou scoffs rudely.

"Of course I sprinted! I didn't want you, or anyone else here near me! You already told me the 'little' things you were going to do to me! I can hardly imagine what could be worse than that!"

Kanou sighs weakly. "Look, if you're reasonable about it, it won't be as bad." Seidou covers one of his ears. "Shut up! I don't want to hear it, get away from me!" "Takizawa, I just need to check your eyes, see how your vision and brain are holding up. It's important for your health!"

The male shakes his head in denial. "My health?! I didn't see you care about that when you tore a fucking hole in my stomach!" "Takizawa, if you don't sit down and compose yourself, than I would have no choice but to send in Tatara!"

Suddenly Seidou felt his throat shut, gasping and holding it gently. His pupils shrink and his breath quivers. He stays quiet and takes a seat within the bench. Kanou sighs softly and smiles. "Good, finally we can get something done..."

Kanou proceeds to take out his equipment, that being a flashlight and notepad. He takes the said flashlight within his left hand and leaves the notepad to his side of the floor. He holds Seidou's right eye open and shines the light, it of course shrinks down in size. He pulls the light away and aims it at his other eye, holding it open in the same manner. And again, the pupil shrunk down in size.

He then turns away from the male and writes down the results. "Good, it seems normal. Now for the next test." Seidou scoffs. "But I thought that was all that you were going to do!" "There's just one more thing we must look into; alright you can bring in the supplies!" 

Just then, an unidentified male enters the cell, with a jar of red liquid and what appears to be a mirror. Seidou tilted his head with confusion and curiosity filling his head. The male passes these items to the elder male, to which Kanou politely thanked him.

"What is that...?" The young male asked. Kanou opens it and Seidou takes a whiff, it smelled...nice. Suddenly Kanou spilled some onto his face and Seidou surprised by it, covers his face as he tried cleaning it off. Only for Kanou to point out what the point of that was.

"Oh wow, yours is on the left side, like Kaneki's! It looks amazing!" Seidou looks up. "W-What are you talking about...?" Kanou smiles softly. "See for yourself."
