Into The Rose Garden (Seidou x Kanae/Karren)

Chapter One - Torment

Screams echo throughout the corridors, screams that can bring the worst out of the most sane. The screams without a liable name or input. Cries of pleads for at least a hint of mercy and compassion, even if it was just for a moment. Within that moment the source of said cries could think over something else to beg for. "N-No more! Please, i-it hurts! Stop!"

Who was creating these cries of pain and suffering? Cries of desperation, cries of agonizing torment. The source, from a young man named Seidou Takizawa. The only success Aogiri was looking for in one.

Akihiro Kanou sighs deeply, wiping his forehead with his sleeve. Seidou begins panting uncontrollably, whimpering and sniffling. Soon loud sobbing escaped from him, out of pure instinct, to which Tatara grew annoyed easily. 

He grunts, grabbing the young male's throat. "STOP THAT FUCKING NOISE!" The sobbing from Seidou continued, but due to the blockage from his windpipe, it caused him to struggle and strong hicks escape from his mouth.

Seidou gasps. "I-I-I-I'm-!" Gasps once again. "I'm sorry! Just-!" "You better be!" Kanou scoffs roughly as he unlocks Seidou's chains, to which Seidou weakly tries to grabs Tatara's grip, to little avail. 

"Tatara, please restrain yourself. The boy here couldn't help himself, and now that it's out of his system...you can let go. He's no good dead." Tatara scoffs. "Fine...! Watch yourself, half-breed." Tatara lets go, to which Seidou sits up, holding his throat gasping and coughing.

Tatara grabs the male by the wrist and drags him off to clean him off. He's left in another room with other assistance, hosing him down with ice cold water. Once finished, he's left alone to change into his new clothes, which strongly resembled those within a prison. A lot of this was too much to take in, especially considering it was his first day.

Tatara enters the room, moving his head to greet the former investigator. "Come with me." "What is it...? W-Where are we going-?" "Don't bother wasting time, you're just getting a checkup and a few bandages." Seidou hesitantly gets up and walks over, while limping to the taller male, getting his hands yet again yanked.

Seidou quivers and shakes, imagining what could be done to him. He was just hoping the things described earlier by the mental doctor wasn't yet to happen. He looks up at Tatara and pushes himself to ask the question stuck in his mind within that moment.

"W-What's he going to do to me...? I-It's not going to be what he did to me earlier, r-right...?" Silence. "Right?!" "Not sure myself, and I don't care. I'm just there as a bodyguard..." Seidou tilts his head in confusion.

"B-Bodyguard, from whom...?" Tatara scoffs rudely. "Don't ask, unless  you want trouble breathing again."

Seidou gulps down, picturing the event, choosing to remain quiet.

Tatara opens the door into one of Kanou's offices, to which the elder male smiles widely. "Ah, Tatara! Thank you again for bringing Takizawa here, it means a lot." Tatara shrugs then tosses Seidou's entire body to the floor, Seidou looks up to see the doctor inviting him to sit on a chair near him.

Kanou clears his throat, taking out cloth bandages and prepares to wrap them around the young brunet. To which Seidou flinches away upon the slightest touch. Kanou sighs.

"Come on Takizawa, do you want it to get infected or what?" "How do you even know my name?! I don't even know you! What's your name even?!" The older male scoffs. "You honestly don't know me? And you're still asking...?" "Of course I am, you bastard-! Why did you do that, why did you...?!"

Kanou again sighs. "My name is Akihiro Kanou, but you're going to be calling me Dr. Kanou, or just Kanou..."

Seidou pulls his body away as the elder male got closer, holding himself in some attempt for protection. "I don't trust you, get away from me!" "Takizawa, calm down! You need to relax!" "Relax?! You nearly killed me like thirty-five minutes ago! Why should I relax?!"

Kanou scoffed loudly due to frustration, rubbing his forehead. "Listen, if you want this done without...well...harm..." Kanou looks over at Tatara, to which Seidou gasps and covers his mouth. "Then please, calm down. Let's just get this over with."

Seidou no longer backed away when the medical professional got closer, even trying his best not to show the slightest fear. Alcohol was applied before Seidou's waist was wrapped around by the bandage material mentioned before. 

Seidou hisses in slight pain when Kanou accidently pressed down onto the wound. Seidou then takes a deep breath and asks... "What are you going to do to me...?!" Kanou's eyes meets the male's, then he looks back down and sighs. "If I told you now, you wouldn't be able to sleep tonight. Let's just say...it's for the best."

Seidou couldn't find the right words to ask then, the pain he suffered through today felt like enough in a lifetime. But now...he knew it was going to be much worse. Seidou gulped harshly. "No...No! No, no, no! Y-You-! I-I-! ...This can't be happening!" Kanou smirks slightly. "We will do what we need to do to make progress, even if it means...well you know."

Seidou stands up quickly. "I-I can't...! I-I can't do this, I can't live like this!" "Takizawa, sit down." Seidou shakes his head and braces himself. "I-I-I can't stay here, and you can't stop me!"

Suddenly Seidou goes into a full sprint in his attempt to somehow escape. He didn't think that far ahead, he just knew he had to get out of there. "I WON'T ROT HERE! I REFUSE TO-!" Suddenly Seidou felt a gashing pain coming from his lower back and stomach, it was strongly similar to the pain he felt earlier, only worse.

He gasps then screams intensely as the feeling spread throughout his body and into his brain. Tatara had stabbed his kagune through the male's body. Kanou sighs deeply. "Great, now I have to start over with his bandages." The physician scoffs. "What did you think was going to happen, Takizawa? That we just...let you leave?" 

Seidou  begins struggling to breathe and speak, even finding it quite the challenge just to keep his eyes open. And before he knew it, he blacked out completely.
