The moment Mr. Zedler talked to me about the Queens, I was already suspicious that time. I had doubts about their intentions and I think, they have more deeper reasons behind their actions.

Queens protecting the innocents, without that, I don't think that outcast group is important to UC. But Head found a way to use that one reason to keep the Queens alive. Or maybe it was Miss Igraine.

Placing me as a General, organizing an event for the voting, giving us confidential informations, and manipulating almost all dark members. Sobra-sobra na iyon para lamang sa isang grupo ng mga babae.

Actually, I don't even think the Queens are that important. Yes, they benefit the organization but anyone could replace them. Giovanni, Ethan, and Stephen can also do their job, protecting and saving innocent lives, since it's our real mission anyway.

So if they'll kill them so the traitors in DO can't recruit and use them against us, that's fine since we can just replace them. End of story.

But they didn't. Instead, they did so many efforts just to save those girls. And that's really suspicious.

I must admit that Queens' skills are exceptional. I can even say that they are one step ahead of us in terms of strength and skills. But that doesn't mean we can't do what they can.

And if that's the case, why Head and the others are so eager to keep them alive? To protect them?

Not unless the Queens are actually the great heiresses of UC. Of course, UC members will do everything to protect their daughters and since there's a bond between them and Head, Mr. Zedler will surely do a move.

"Any updates?"

I looked at Ethan when I heard him asked. Umiling lang ako at napatango-tango siya.

It's been two days ever since we also started suspecting the heiresses of UC to be the Queens. But we are now focusing to find the identity of the fourth one.

Because if our hunch is right, there must be something about that girl that makes her so much important to the point that her identity is being protected.

I ordered Razed to check it for us but up until now, wala pa din siyang nakukuha.

"Let's check it ourselves later," Ethan said. "Malay niyo gumana kapag tayo ang gumawa."

"Ayos ah. Pati CCTV footages may favoritism na din."

Giovanni frowned. "Anong ibig mong sabihin?"

"Wala. Slow mo. Tsk."

Instead of paying attention to their conversation, I just looked at the wall clock while sitting on the sofa. It's already two o'clock in the afternoon and up until, hindi pa din kami nakakausad sa trabaho namin.

Napatingin naman kami kay Giovanni nang biglang mag-ring ang phone niya. He excused himself and went out of the house.

"Sino kaya 'yon?"

"It's probably his dad."

Dad?

I looked at the door. If Giovanni's dad is calling him, it maybe about the organization. Because as what I've observed, only their moms call them out of worry and concern while their dads just call when it's about business.

It's the same with me so I know that.

Maya-maya pa, pumasok si Giovanni at kaagad na umupo sa tabi ni Ethan.
