𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱

"I can't wait to go to New York!" Charli skipped to the Uber that was waiting for them outside their house.

Dixie held Noah by the hand as they got in the back.

"We still have to pick up Chase." Heidi reminded them.

"Yay!"

They drove to Chase's house and he was already out there waiting with his luggage.

The Uber opened the trunk and he added his stuff to the pile.

He entered the back with the rest of them. "What is up familia?"

Climbing over, he kissed Charli and settled next to her.

Heidi was texting someone presumably Erika. "We will meet Erika, Madi, Avani, and Anthony at JFK."

They nodded along. Heidi was keeping them on a tight schedule since they were supposed to go to a Yankees game that same day.

Noah and Chase were the only ones really excited about that.

LAX wasn't crazy and they were on time. It takes about five hours to fly from LAX to JFK.

Chase and Charli had their hands laced on her thigh. He unconsciously smoothed his thumb over the back of hers.

"Have you been to New York Chasey?"

He nodded. "Twice for work though I didn't get the chance to sight-see."

"What are you excited about?"

"Honestly the baseball game and to just chill with you."

She laid her head on his shoulder. "Me too."

Getting on the plane wasn't a big deal and the journey felt fast.

Arriving in the terminal they spotted the others waiting for them near the baggage claim.

"My Baby!" Madi cried as she wrapped Charli in a hug.

"Ok no. She's my Babygirl."

Madi rolled her eyes and flicked Chase's nose. "I claimed her first."

"I don't think so Barbie." He stuck out his tongue and grabbed his girlfriend's hips.

The girl in question pouted her bottom lip. "Why can't I be both of yours?"

Both of them sighed at her seal eyes.

"Fine..."

"I guess..."

"Because I love you both equally but in different ways." She said diplomatically with a nod of her head.

Chase kissed the top of her head.

"Ok does everyone have everything?" Erika asked.

The others got up from their spots and headed outside to their van.

They rented a house in the Hamptons so they'll set their stuff down and then head to the Yankee Stadium.

"Wow look at this pool," Avani stated in awe.

"And a hot tub," Anthony added.

The clouds outside gathered quickly turning the sky dark.

"Claim us a good room Hottie," Chase said as Charli went exploring into the house.

"The two biggest rooms belong to the adults." Erika reminded everyone.
