Prom and graduation are coming up at school and I'm looking forward to graduating with the grades I want to achieve to go to university. I'm studying medicine as I want to be a doctor. I like this guy called Guk Seungjun. He is really cute and sweet. I am going on a school trip skiing and he's going. One of the reasons why I'm going to get closer to him. Yes I do really like him but it's not really the time to date or anything as we are graduating soon and going off to university. Seungjun is really nice though. Not too popular with the girls but he's sweet. I have never skied or snowboarded in my life but I'll give it a go. The school thinks I have and my friends. We leave this morning from school to the ski resort for four days. I am looking forward to it though. I spent last night deciding what to take with me. It took me at least two hours to pack. My mom is taking me to school where we are getting the coach from. I have breakfast and my dad puts my things in the car before leaving. It's 7am so I'm a little tired. My mom drops me off at the school entrance and sees me off. "Bye, mom" I say. "Bye" she said. I hug her and get out of the car with my big bag. Some people have arrived already. One of my best friends is coming but she's not here yet. I spot Seungjun from a distance and approach him. I stand near him. He looks over at me and notices me. "Hi, Y/ N. I didn't know you were coming" he said. "Well I'm here. I thought it would be fun" I say. "Yeah me too. I snowboard when I was young but I haven't since" he said. "Oh right" I say. "Is your friend coming?" Seungjun asks. "Yeah she'll be here soon. I'm sure" I reply. Seungjun and I talk for a few minutes and it was nice. My friend arrived and then it was time to get on the coach and go to the ski resort for the trip

A few hours ago we arrived at the ski resort. We have been  settling into our hotel rooms. Later we are going to have a go at snowboarding and skiing. I am excited to try it. I'm a little nervous about it to be honest. Maybe I'll be okay and do well. We've just been told that we need to go to the ski lounge in our ski gear. It's probably a meeting or something. Me and my friend go down to the lounge. Seungjun was already there with his friends. We took a seat in the ski lounge. The teacher paired us up in boy, girl pairs and I was paired with Seungjun coincidentally. We were taken outside and we could decide weather we wanted to snowboard or ski. I have always fancied trying snowboarding. Seungjun and I both grab a snowboard each and hit the slopes. "So you've never done this before?" he asks. "No I haven't" I reply. "Well I will show you" he said. I get my feet in the snowboard boots and stand opposite Seungjun. I look at him and I hold his hands. "Try to relax with you stand" he said. "I will but it feels kinda weird" I reply. Seungjun looks at me and smiles. I take a while to balance on the board before getting going. Seungjun said I need to get used to it first before I get going. "Wahey!! There you go. You're doing it. You're off" he said. "I am" I say. Then a couple of seconds later I fell over hard. "Ohhhh are you okay, Y/ N?" Seungjun asks. "Yeah I'm okay" I reply. He helps me up onto my feet and I stumble into him. Our lips almost touched. "I got you" Seungjun smiles. "Thank you" I smile. I smile and we both smile at each other. We carry on snowboarding for a bit longer before we had to stop. I think Seungjun and I had a little moment there and connection between us. Maybe he likes me too but I wouldn't ask him that. No way. Anyway we had fun snowboarding. I wasn't too good but I tried and will try again. Seungjun was very patient with me though

We are back from the ski trip now and it's just a few weeks till graduation and prom. I am waiting for Seungjun is ask me to prom as we have grown closer since the trip. It would be lovely to go prom with him. If he asks me. I'm not asking him to go to prom. The guy should ask the girl not the other way around. I've been looking forward to prom for ages. Anyway I am at school now in gym class. I hate gym class. Can't wait till it's over with. We are playing basketball and I am sweaty and tired. The session had finished and Seungjun was sitting in the gym with something behind his back. "Hey, what are you doing here?" I say. "Come to see you" he said. "Oh right. What you got there?" I ask. "Nothing" Seungjun replies. "I'll come back later when I've got change. Don't want them to close the changing rooms" I reply. "Okay" he replies. I go to the changing room and come out about 10 minutes later. Seungjun was still in the gym and he stands up and walks towards me. He hands me a big envelope. "Ohhhh what's this" I say. "Open it and you'll see" he said. I open it and it's a note that says 'Y/ N, will you go to the prom with me?'. My face lights up and I look at him. "Yes I would love to go to the prom with you. I've been waiting for you to ask me for ages" I say. "Well I've been wanting to ask you for ages. I know it's only a few weeks off but better late than never I guess" Seungjun said. "Yes" I smile. "Well I don't know if you can tell but I really like you, Y/ N" he said. "Well I really like you too, Seungjun. You're a really sweet guy and I'm glad I've got to know you better now" I say. "Awwww me too. You're a really sweet girl too" he said. He smiles and we leave the gym together. I had a smile on my face and Seungjun had a smile on his face too. Yay! We are going to prom together and I couldn't be happier. It's what I've always wanted

Seungjun and I started dating over the summer so we are now dating. He asked me out on prom night and I said yes of course. We have been dating for whole summer since prom so we have been dating for 3 months now which is great. Unfortunately Seungjun is leaving today. He is going to university out of state in Mokpo which is a couple of hours. I'm going with him to see him off and say goodbye. I am staying in Seoul and going to uni. Sometimes I will go and visit him and sometimes he will go and visit me but maybe only once a month as it's a distance away. I am very sad that he's going we are only at the start of what we have going on but I'm happy to be seeing him off. We are on the train now on our way to Mokpo National University. "I can't believe you are going. I've not been looking forward to this day since we got together" I say. "Yeah I know, Y/ N. I'm very sad. I've always wanted to go to that uni" Seungjun said. "And I'm really glad you going and doing what you want" I say. "I'm glad for you too but babe, don't forget there is FaceTime okay" he smiles. "Yes" I smile. Soon we arrive in Mokpo at the university. Seungjun has some things with him. His mom and dad are bringing the rest of his things later on in the week when they visit him. We get off the platform and get a cab to get something to eat before going to the uni. We had some quick to eat before heading there. I spend my last few months with Seungjun there. He smiles at me and holds my hand in the cab. Soon we pull up at the uni and Seungjun gets his bag from the trunk and I walk up to the entrance with him. "Okay so this is goodbye" I say looking into his eyes. "Not goodbye forever, Y/ N. Only for a little while" Seungjun smiles. "Yeah I know but I will miss you, Junnie" I say. "I'll miss you too, bunny" Seungjun smiles. He calls me bunny sometimes which is ever so sweet. "Wait before I go. I want you to have something of mine" he said. "Alright" I reply. He reaches into his bag and pulls out a sweatshirt. "My favourite sweatshirt I want you to have it" Seungjun said. "Seungjun, are you sure. I know you love this" I reply. "I'm positive, Y/ N. I want you to have it because I know it will remind you of me and I want that" he smiles. "That's so sweet of you, Seungjun. You're the sweetest" I reply. He hands me the sweatshirt and then hugs and kisses me before he leaves. I smiled at him and waved him off. There he goes off to uni. This is only just the start of our romance. Not the end. The start of something beautiful
