Tonight I'm going to a formal event. It's an event that I have been invited to by my dads boss. I'm not going with my dad by he said I could come. I'm going alone as I couldn't find anyone to go with but that's okay. I don't mind going alone. It's a formal sit down dinner event so I had to buy a nice dress especially for it as I didn't have anything posh enough. All my things are pretty casual. The event starts at 7pm tonight so I'm getting ready two hours before. I want to take my time and make sure I'm all good. I do my makeup carefully and my hair too. I then put on my dress. I struggled to zip it up but I managed to do it in the end. It was a bit hard on my own to zip it but I did it in the end. I love my dress. Makes me feel so nice. I apply some lipstick to my lips. And then put everything in my clutch bag that I need for the evening. Phone, keys, tissues, lipstick. My ride was waiting outside so I go. I arrived at the posh hotel soon for the event. It is a nice place though. I help myself to a drink. I can't see my dad. He must be elsewhere with other people. I will just wonder around. I sit on an empty table alone. I see a rather good looking guy looking over at me and he smiles. He had light blondish hair and a nice face. I don't always have the courage to talk to guys. My dad appeared so I wasn't alone for long. "Hi, sweetie" he said. "Hi, Appa" I reply. "Can I get you anything" he said. "No nothing at all. I'm good" I smile. My dad sits with me for a bit and we have a drink together. The guy was still looking at me. I tried not to get too distracted in front of my dad especially. I didn't want him to say anything about me looking at the guy. Soon the banquet was served

I sit down with a plate of food on my lap and my dad is sat at the same table as me. The food was so delicious. I loved it. The guy is sat at the other side of the room and he was still looking at me. I tried not to get too distracted again as I was with my dad. I went to the bar to get another drink but this time a soft drink. A coke as I've had two alcoholic drinks and don't want anymore. I see the guy coming over to me. Sometimes I can go shy when I see a guy who is attractive. I try to turn wean from him but he was getting closer to me so I couldn't go. "Hello" he said. "Hi"
I smiled. He looked at me like he was about to say something about the way I looked. "Is that your dad over there?" he asks. "Yes it is. How did you guess?" I reply. "Well you kinda look alike" he said. "Haha yeah" I laugh. "I'm Woojoo and I came alone too" he said. "Nice to meet you, Woojoo. I'm Y/ N" I reply. "Nice name, Y/ N" he smiles. We stand by the bar and talk for a bit. It was about three minutes in total. My dad was looking at me so I thought I'd better go. He didn't say anything though. I just didn't want to stay forever. Woojoo was nice though. I liked him. I go back to my dad as I felt obligated to. "Who's the nice young man you were talking to?" he asks. "His name is Woojoo" I reply blushing a little. "Ohhhh my daughter is in love" my dad said. "No I'm not, daddy" I reply. My dad just embarrassed me then and there was people around. I saw Woojoo again but we didn't talk. I only saw him for about 3 minutes but we had a good conversation even though it was short. Short but sweet it was. Maybe our paths will cross somewhere else again in the future

It's been a few weeks since the event and since I got talking to Woojoo. Our paths haven't crossed since then but maybe sometime in the future we will. I just thought he was a really nice and friendly guy who I want to see again and know better. I didn't get his number which was a shame because I would've liked to see him again. He obviously didn't want my number but it's okay though. We did talk for a bit though. I am not really looking for anyone at the moment anyway. Maybe I'm happy being single for the time being. I am stopping off at the supermarket on my way home from work to pick up a few groceries I need. I seem to run out of things mid week and always need to stock up but that's the way it goes. I leave work and drive to the supermarket. I park up and grab a cart and start shopping for the things I need. I go round almost every aisle picking what I need. The essentials I need. I go to the cereal aisle and I needed a box of cereal but it was up too high for me. That's the downside of not being very tall. "Here, let me give you a hand" I hear someone say. "Thank you" I say. I turn around and it's Woojoo. "Y/ N, it's you. Right. We met at the dinner" he said. "Yes that's right. Woojoo, nice to see you again. I was hoping we'd meet again" I say. "Yes me too. Let me get that for you" he smiles. Woojoo reaches the box of cereal for me from the high shelf. "Thank you so much. I can never get anything that high" I say. "So you've just finished work I see" he said. "Yes I have" I reply. "What do you do as your job?" he asks. "I work in a nursery and I love it" I reply. "That's s nice job. I'm a trainee with Inmedia entertainment" he replies. Woojoo and I walk through the supermarket together and talk. Funnily enough we needed the same things. Haha. I gave him a lift to where he lives too. He didn't have to ask. I offered because we got talking about it. "Thank you, Y/ N. I really appreciate you giving me a lift" Woojoo said. "No problem. It was nice seeing you again" I reply. "It was. We will see each other again" he said giving me his number. So glad I got to see Woojoo again and we will see each other again soon I'm sure

Woojoo and I have been dating for the last few weeks and it's been going pretty well. I like him and he likes me too. We've only been on about five dates but yes so far it's going pretty well and we are enjoying spending time together. He is a really nice guy who treats me well too. He doesn't let me pay when we go out. He pays for me which is what a gentleman should do for a woman. That's what I look for in a guy too. Tonight Woojoo and I are going out to the river. There is a nice quiet river not far from where I live. I went there a lot when I was a child so it's a special place to me. I am meeting Woojoo down there. I am getting changed and ready now. He is picking up food on the way for us to eat by the river. I think it will be cute getting food and eating it by the river. When I was ready I leave I grab my things and get in the car. Woojoo is on his way too so I'm looking forward to seeing him. I arrive and wait for him by the tree as we arranged to. I see Woojoo coming to me. He is carrying a bag of food in his hand. "Hi, Y/ N" he said. "Hey, Woojoo. How are you?" I say. "Great. I have food" he said. He hugs me and we find somewhere to sit by the river. Woojoo got us some nice food and surprised me with what he got me. He did well though actually. We sit by the river and chat and enjoy our food. "This is so nice and calm" Woojoo said. "It is indeed" I smile. "I really like you, Y/ N. I think we are good together" he said. "Yes definitely I have to agree with you" I reply. "Come on. You're so beautiful" he smiles and giggles. So Woojoo and I had a great time today at the river with our food. There's to many more times like this with him

A/ N: hope it was okay, liked the song you requested. Megamax are a new group who are pretty cool. Check them out. Their debut song is really good. I would probably choose Kan or Iden as my bias but I'm not sure yet
