Gunmin's POV

I have been seeing this girl around town and clubs for a while. I think her name is Y/ N and she is very beautiful and pretty and I have my eye on her but I heard she's seeing another guy in town. I can still like her anyway if she's seeing someone else. I've tried hitting on her before but that hasn't worked. She has just walked away from me and not been interested. I know she has a man so that's maybe why. Maybe she's scared if him. Maybe he doesn't like it when she talks to other guys. Some girls are. Anyway I am going to the bar for a drink tonight with my friends Hyeonsu, Kogun, Yunsol, Parkha and Taehoon. My closet guy friends. We all like going out together and having a great time together. So that's where I am going with my guys tonight. Exciting. I get ready at home and I'm meeting the guys there soon. I am going in a cab.  Any wait to have a fun night with them and hope Y/ N is there so I can try and hit on her again. If her boyfriend isn't around. When I'm ready I go down to the bar in a cab to meet my friends. We stop at Yunsol's on the way. He gets in the car and we arrive soon. We walked straight in. No line outside. There are several groups of girls around but I can't see Y/ N. "Hey, dudes. We got you drinks while we were waiting" Parkha said. "Awesome" I say. "Great" Yunsol said. We enjoy some drinks and talking. I am pretty sure that Y/ N is going to be here tonight. I'll just have to look out for her. I want her to be here. I just want her to be

I see Y/ N's boyfriend from a distance but he doesn't see me. He knows who I am and had a go at me for flirting with Y/ N first time I met her. He's not a very nice guy. I didn't like him and I've only met him once. I just want Y/ N to be with someone who is going to treat her well. She's a nice girl. I haven't seen Y/ N yet but she's probably around if her man is. He wouldn't be here without her. I get another drink from my bar and for Taehoon and Hyeonsu too. We've had a couple of drinks each. I don't plan on getting drunk tonight though or we will see. I go to the bar and see Y/ N somewhere near the bar. She was with one of her friends. Her boyfriend was elsewhere. I tried to get her attention but she walked away. "Y/ N" I say tapping her shoulder. She turns around and says "Gunmin". "Hi" I say. "Hey" she replies. "I thought I would bump into you here" I say. "Did you?" she giggles. "I saw your boyfriend and he saw me" I say. "I'm sure you did" Y/ N replies. "Why are you not with him?" I asks. "He's with his friends and I'm with mine" Y/ N replies. "Well talk to me for a bit" I reply. "Sure" she replies. Y/ N and I talked for a while and had a nice conversation together. It was nice to talk to her properly without her boyfriend being around yelling at me for flirting with her. "I should go now. My boyfriend might be looking for me" Y/ N said. "Okay, Y/ N. Don't any him to be mad with you. Wish I could've talked to you for longer" I say. "Yeah me too. Another time, Gunmin" she said. "Yeah" I reply. Y/ N goes away and finds her boyfriend somewhere. I see them hugging together and in close embrace. They then disappear somewhere I can't see them. My heart sank when I couldn't see them anymore. I wish Y/ N was single because I would have more of a chance of making her mine. Anyway I continue to enjoy the evening with my boys and try to get Y/ N off my mind by drinking

Y/ N and I have been texting and getting to know each other a bit better over the last few weeks. I think we are getting closer even thought she still has a boyfriend. I think she is scared of him and I've noticed some cuts and bruises on her that looks like he's harming her. He better not be hurting a nice girl like Y/ N. Some men are scumbags and treat women like shit. Not me though. If Y/ N was my girl I would treat her like a queen and never let her go. She needs to get away from him if he's hurting her. I don't want to say anything to her as she thinks she loves this guy. Anyway Y/ N and I are meeting for a coffee and a cake today at a cafe. So that'll be nice. Providing on if her boyfriend doesn't turn up. I have just arrived at the cafe now. I said I would wait outside for Y/ N to arrive. She is on her way and she'll be here in a few minutes. I am excited but also a little nervous to see her. I hope she's okay when I see her and she hasn't had any trouble with her man again. Hope not. I see her coming towards me a few minutes later. She was looking quite cheery today and happy. "Hello, Y/ N" I say. "Hi, Gunmin. Good to see you" Y/ N replies. I smile and hug her. We go in and get our favourite drinks and a sweet treat each. We sit and talk. I don't want to ask her about her boyfriend as that would be kinda weird. "It was really nice when you talked to me that night in the bar. Things were ruined when my boyfriend came and interfered" Y/ N said. "Well my pleasure. Nice girls like you deserve to be talked to. What's going on with your man? Everything okay" I say. "Gunmin, sorry I don't wanna talk about him right now. It's fine" she said. "Okay it's fine. Just wondering" I reply. Y/ N and I carry on talking. I could tell by the look on her face and when I mentioned about her boyfriend that things are not okay between them. I noticed bruises on her arms again. They were a little obvious. I wanted to spend more time with her after we had coffee but she said she had to go. Anyway the time was short but sweet we had together. I just don't want that guy to hurt her. Physically or emotionally

A couple of weeks later and I haven't seen Y/ N or heard from her much. I am worried about her. I have left her multiple texts and calls but no response from any. I just hope her boyfriend hasn't left her for dead or anything. Please God he hasn't. I hope she is safe and well. I sit at home looking for something to do but I just can't seem to get Y/ N off my mind. I just hope she's okay. I just can't get Y/ N off my mind. I will never be able to get her off my mind till she is mine. I sit on the couch flicking through the TV when I hear a knock on my front door. I get up and open it and it's Y/ N. She was almost on the floor and in tears. Crying me a river. "Gunmin, can I come in? I need to talk" she trembles. "Of course" I reply. I catch her as she falls into my arms. She got weak. I carried her in and placed her on the couch. "Y/ N, what's wrong? Is it him?" I ask. "Yes yes. He hit me and knocked me over" Y/ N replies. "I knew he was hurting you. I knew he wasn't good for you" I say. "You were right, Gunmin. He abuses me. Sorry I didn't tell you. I'm so sorry" she yells. "Shhhhh it's okay. Im here" I reply. Y/ N falls into my arms and I caught her. I let her cry on my shoulder for a while. I'm her shoulder to cry on. She calms down and I hand her a tissue and she dries her eyes. She sits close to me and I put my arms around her and smiles. "Gunmin, I hope you didn't mind me walking in like this" she says. "No you don't have to apologise. It's fine. Anything for a friend. Especially you" I say. "Thank you. You're a really nice guy, Gunmin. One of the nicest I've met" she says. I smile at her. I look at her and pull her in and kisses her. "Sorry I know you've just got out of a bad relationship. I didn't mean to do that" I say. "It's fine. I liked it" Y/ N smiles. "Stay. I'll stay with you and make sure you're safe" I smile. "Don't mind if I do" she says. She lays in my arms and go off to sleep and I cradle her in my arms. I think this is it for me and Y/ N. We have fallen in love with each other but I will give her sometime to heal before I ask her to be mine

A/ N: hope you liked it. Love Ciipher's new song. Hope I did a good job. I should check out NIK. They are a new group. Undecided on who my bias would be. Maybe Ryo but I don't know when enough yet. Gunmin is a handsome man though
