I am in my final year of high school. Not long till I graduate and go off to university. I want to be an elementary teacher so I'm going to train to be a teacher. Some of my friends are going to uni and some are not. Each to their own anyway. I have had a crush on this boy, my friend Kim Yeonkyu since tenth grade for two years and I have been hiding my feelings for him. However he is just a friend as he said that to me. He kinda friend zoned me which made me sad because I really like him. I really do. Right now I can't think of crushing on my friend as I have exams to study hard for which are soon. When school is finished I will focus on that kinda thing. I think Yeonkyu may have a crush on my friend Lee Jaehee. I have been friends with her for ages. As long as I can remember actually. I don't know if he likes her in that way for sure. I'm just kinda guessing she does. Jaehee might like Yeonkyu too. No confirmation yet. Yeonkyu and I are helping each other study for exams. He is struggling with math so I'm helping him with it. I think he is appreciative of my help. I like to help friends so they achieve good grades. Yeonkyu and I like going over to each other houses and studying together after school. Sometimes it turns into a takeaway or game night. That's what we are doing after school tonight at my place. It's Friday so we might order pizza or a takeaway if Yeonkyu stays later. My parents don't mind him hanging out at my place for a while. I am meeting Yeonkyu by the school exit after our last class of the day. I leave my class and go to my locker to put the things away that I don't need for the weekend before meeting Yeonkyu outside. His last class is upstairs and mine is downstairs so we are meeting outside. I go outside and see he is already waiting outside for me. "Hey" I say. "Hey" he smiles. "Let's go and study at mine" I say. "Sure thing" he replies. "We should take a takeout tonight if you wanna stay after our study session" I say. "Sure I'd like that. Told my mom I won't be home till later and she's fine with that" Yeonkyu said. "Yeah of course" I smile. We get the bus to my place and arrive soon. I get changed out of my uniform and Yeonkyu brings a change of clothes too. Then we start the important studying at my house

Yeonkyu and I studied math and biology for over an hour before calling it a night. We both were pretty hungry by then. We are going to decide what we want to eat. My mom wouldn't mind us ordering something in to eat together. "Okay let's stop studying. It's the weekend. We need to relax" Yeonkyu said. "Yeah we are finished anyway. I agree. Let's stop" I say. "I'm hungry. Let's order something to eat" he said. "Of course I am too. What should we get? I don't really know what I want" I say. "I'm good with whatever. You can decide" Yeonkyu replies. "Errrrr okay let me think. Huh pizza maybe" I say. "Sure I love pizza you know" he says. "I do too. The first thing that came to mind it was" I say. We ordered our favourite pizza. A vegetable one to share as it's the one we normally get. Ordered it on the food app and we waited for it to come. Should be about half an hour or so. Yeonkyu and I sit on the couch and talk while we wait for the pizza to come. "Yeonkyu, I have kinda a question for you. I know it may seem weird and random and sudden" I say. "Okay I like weird" he replies. I clear my throat and take a deep breath and say "Who is your ideal type? Anyone in particular. School or outside school. Don't know why I'm asking this". "It's okay. I don't know. Everyone says they have a type but they end up going for someone who isn't their type. My dad had a type back in the day and he ended up going for my mom. I don't know" Yeonkyu replies. "Like you must have a bit of a type. Don't know if I do" I reply. "Ummmm you don't. I guess just a girl who is nice like you I guess" he said. "So you're saying you like me" I say. "I don't know, Y/ N. I was just using you as an example" Yeonkyu said. "You know that Jaehee has a crush on you. I think she does. She's never told me. I just guessed" I say. "Oh really. I guess she's just a friend" he said. "Okay I'll tell her she's just a friend" I say. "No don't. I don't want to upset her" Yeonkyu said. So the pizza arrives at the door and Yeonkyu pays the guy and we tuck in on the couch and watch a k drama in the background. I don't know why I asked Yeonkyu that question. I guess it was stupid. I'll take it back. Maybe I was just seeing if he liked me. Maybe he doesn't. But I need to find out if Jaehee likes him

Exams are all done and so is school now and we gave graduated school. Graduation ceremony is happening today and can't wait to dress in that cap and gown, just what I've been waiting for these last few years. Yeonkyu and Jaehee are graduating today too of course. I think my feelings are growing for him. Maybe I'll say something to him today. I don't know if I will. I'll just enjoy my day. My whole family are coming to watch me graduate from school and I can't wait to. Things are about to happen now. I am at school with my friends getting ready for graduation now as the ceremony starts soon at 2pm. Jaehee and I and our friends did our hair and makeup together. Yeonkyu is with his friends now and I will see him later. Ceremony is about to start and I can see my family in the crowd. I wave to them. An hour or so later the ceremony had finished so we could see our families at the end so I did. I have pictures taken with my family daffy graduation and Yeonkyu texts me asking me to meet him by the tree. I find him by the tree. "Hey, graduate" I say. "Hey, graduate too" he said. "Congrats to us" I laugh. "Of course. I was just going to say the same" Yeonkyu said. "Funny how we think alike" I say. "Yeah. My parents said you're welcome to join us at ours if you're not doing anything" he said. "Thank you for the kind offer but my family are taking me out to celebrate" I say. "That's okay. We should do something together just me and you, no one else" Yeonkyu said. "Sure that would be nice" i smile. There then was a silence between us for a second then. "Yeonkyu" I say. "Yes, Y/ N" he said. "There is a confession I should make to you" I say. "Yeah me too, Y/ N. I have a confession too" he said. "I like you, Yeonkyu. Like I have feelings for you, a crush" I say. "Me too, me too. That time you asked me who my ideal type was, I didn't know how to answer but I was thinking of you. I've felt this way for a while  but I haven't been able to express my feelings to you" he said. "Yeah me too. I'm shy when it comes to things like that" I say. "I don't think you're shy, Y/ N. I think you're pretty confident" Yeonkyu said. "Well thanks" I smile. He smiles at me and touches my hand and whispers something in my ear kissing my cheek. My heart skipped a beat then. We walked for a while together before we go with our families to celebrate. Can't believe Yeonkyu and I admitted our feelings to each other. It feels so good

Three years later and I have completed my studies at university and I'm graduating. I am now a qualified elementary school teacher and I am looking for a job teaching in a school and I'm really excited for it. Yeonkyu and I dated for 9 months after we finished high school but then we broke up as our lives just got in the way and we realised that we were just better off as friends. That was two years ago now but we are still friends and on good terms. I have dated someone else since we broke up but he wasn't like Yeonkyu. No one is like Yeonkyu. I miss us being together as a couple. Maybe one day. Today is my graduation from uni. Wearing the cap and gown takes me back to high school when I graduated with flying colors. I'm graduating with flying colors again now. My family are here seeing me graduate again like they did when I was in school. The ceremony has just happened now so I've officially graduated from uni with a top grade. I am heading to my family when I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn around and to my surprise it was Yeonkyu and he was holding a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates in his hand. He had the sweetest smile on his face too. "Hello. Congratulations" he said. "Yeonkyu, I didn't think you could make it" I say. "Well I wanted to pop down to congratulate you on your big moment. I'm proud of you, Y/ N" Yeonkyu smiles handing me the flowers. "Awwww thank you, Yeonkyu. That's so sweet of you. You're gonna make me cry" I say admiring the flowers and looking at him. "You're very welcome" he smiles. I pulled him in for a hug. "Y/ N" he says. "Yes" I smile. "I know it's been a while since you know we were together but I still have those feelings for you. I think I'm still in love with you even though it's been two years since we were a couple. I can't let you go. I always need you in my life" Yeonkyu said. I froze for a second thinking of what to say. "Me too, Yeonkyu. It was hard for me when we broke up all that time ago even though the breakup was mutual. You were my first love, Kim Yeonkyu" I say. "Me too, Y/ F/ N. We should give it another go I think" he said. "Yes" I smile. Yeonkyu stands closer to me and leans in and kisses me. We kiss for a couple of minutes outside and then walk together to my family. Ahhhh I'm on cloud 9. I just graduated university successfully and Yeonkyu showed up and we decided to give this another chance after two years. We have never got over each other not since we were kids

A/ N: looking forward to ATBO debut this week. Haven't choose a bias as I haven't seen them in action. Waiting till their debut but Yeonkyu is handsome so he might be a contender. Always love new groups though

Today I was happy as I got ITZY and fromis_9 latest albums and got some pulls. I gave two biases in each group. Chaeryeong and Chaeyoung avoided me though but Lia and Hayoung didn't. My heart is happy. Also got Nayeon's solo album two days ago too and so happy I cried. On a Kpop ban for a month now
