I am in love with this guy called Eunhwi. We met and hit it off and I think I'm in love with him. We are only taking it slow at the moment. Nice and slow. We are only young but I feel like fate has brought us together at this point in our lives that we needed each other. Maybe we are meant to be forever but I don't know that we do like each other a lot. Eunhwi is so sweet. He fills my heart with so much joy and happiness. I don't know if I would call him my boyfriend yet but I would call him my very good friend though. I am working on a poem for Eunhwi to tell him how I feel. It's based on the song by Taeyeon called A Poem Titled You from Hotel Del Luna. I don't know if it's any good but I am working on it so it is good. I want him to know my absolute true feelings for him. I hope writing a poem for Eunhwi is a good idea. I hope it won't scare him away. Maybe it's a good way of expressing my feelings for him. I hope it is. I am sat at my desk writing the poem again. I have done like a million drafts of it. Sometimes I can't express in words how I feel so writing is better for me. As I was writing the poem, my phone rings and it was Eunhwi so I answer it. Haven't heard from him in a couple of days. "Hi" I say. "Hey, Y/ N. What's going on?" he said. "Not much just chilling" I reply. "Cool. Just wondering if you were okay as I haven't heard from you in a couple of days" Eunhwi said. "Me too. I was wondering if you were okay too" I reply. "I'm fine. Don't worry about me" he said. "Thanks for calling. That was so sweet of you" I say. "No problem. You don't have to thank me. That's what friends are for" Eunhwi said. "Yes indeed" I reply. We talk for another few minutes before hanging up. It was very sweet of Eunhwi to call me to check up on me. He must've known I was writing a poem for him. I can't wait to finish it and read it to him

It's a few weeks later and I've finally written the poem for Eunhwi. I think I want to read it to him but I'm a little nervous of his reaction. I hope he'll like it. Maybe he's got something up his sleeve for me. I hope he understands the way I feel about him. I am trying to pulling myself together and compose myself to say these words to him. I have been trying to compose myself for a few days but I don't think I can tell him just yet. Maybe when I'm ready. I'm seeing Eunhwi today and we are going to the mall for shopping and something to eat after. I am about to meet him now. I arrive at the mall and wait outside where he can see me. I see Eunhwi coming up and he smiles and waves at me. "Hi, you" he said. "Hey, you. How are you?" I ask. "Good good. You?" he smiles. "Yes I'm great" I reply. He hugs me and my heart skips a beat as he hugs me. I get a few little butterflies in my tummy. Anyway we start by walking around the mall and going in places we want. It's still on my about reading Eunhwi the poem. Should I do it today but obviously not at the mall in public. I don't want to be embarrassed. Anyway Eunhwi and I had a great time looking around the mall so that took my mind off it a little. "You're so cute, Y/ N. You know that" Eunhwi said. "Thanks. You are too. You're the sweetest boy I've ever met" I reply. "You are the sweetest girl I've ever met" Eunhwi smiles at me. We both exchange a sweet smile before going to the food court for something to eat. We go to a nice rice place to eat. We sit opposite each other and eat looking into each other's eyes. I feel that connection and attraction between us definitely. We try not to talk that much while we are eating as we didn't want to choke. No that wouldn't be good. When we've finished eating we walk around the mall again but not going in any shops just looking around.  Should I brave it and tell him when I go out. Maybe not right outside. I could invite him back to my place. "Eunhwi, I would like to hang out with you more" I say. "Sure" I would love to for a bit. Thank you for asking. I was thinking I would like to hangout with you more too" Eunhwi replies. "My parents won't mind. They would only be too happy to see you and have over. Stay for dinner if you want" I reply. "Thanks I'll see. Wouldn't want to intrude on family time" he said. "Don't be silly" I laugh. So we get a cab back to my place for a little while after a great time at the mall

Eunhwi and I have now been back at my place for a bit but I haven't found the right time to read the poem to him. I hope it will be the right time to read it to him soon. Only things is my mom and dad will be home soon. I was getting nervous leading up to it. I think Eunhwi could see that nervousness in my face. I told him I was okay. "Y/ N, relax. What's the matter to make you look so nervous?" he asks. "No I'm okay. Nothing don't worry" i reply. I look at him and a few minutes later say "Eunhwi, I've been bottling this up all day". "What is it, Y/ N? You just said cry was okay a few minutes ago" he replies. "Eunhwi, there is definitely something special between us. I-I-I think I'm in love with you" I say. "Well you should've said that. It's not good to keep things bottled up like that too much. You should've told me as soon as you realised" Eunhwi said. "I'm sorry, Eunhwi. I have a poem that I've written for you to express my feelings for you" I say. He smiles at me. I clear my throat and compose myself so I can read the poem to him. I sit up and look at him in the eyes and say the poem to him sincerely to him. "Y/ N, that was beautiful. It honestly was. What meaningful words and I'm in love with you too" Eunhwi said. "You're my first and only love, Eunhwi and I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner. You could've found someone else and be happy with her" I say. "No I would never do that because you have been the only one for me, Y/ N. Since the moment I laid eyes on you" Eunhwi said. "Yes you too" I reply. "Are you ready for this? Are you ready to be more than friends?" he said. "Yes I think I am ready" I say. Eunhwi looks into my eyes and we share a kiss after a few minutes. He looks at me and touches my hand after we kissed. "I am more than ready, Y/ N. Do you think we should tell your parents when they are home that we are in love with each other?" Eunhwi said. "Yes maybe. We will see if the time is right" I reply. We go downstairs and my dad arrives home first and sees us together and Eunhwi disappears off for a while somewhere. He didn't tell me where he was going but I guess he was talking to my dad. My mom then arrived not long after. "Hi, Eunhwi. Nice of you to stop by" she said. "Hi, Mrs Y/ L/ N" he smiles. My parents have always liked Eunhwi. They find him a polite young man. My parents were both in the kitchen a bit later on so we decided to go in. "Hello" I say. "Hi, sweetie" mom said. "Eunhwi and I have something we would like to share with you" I say. "I already know" dad said. "Why do you already know?" Mom said. "Well we are in love with each other and we just decided to admit our feelings to each other today and we are boyfriend and girlfriend" I say. "Yes we are. Hope I am okay for your daughter. She's one of a kind" Eunhwi said. "Of course. You are a lovely and polite young man, Eunhwi. Perfect for Y/ N" my mom said. That made us smile. What a wonderful day we had?

Eunhwi and I have been boyfriend and girlfriend for the last month now and it's all going great. We are feeling feelings of young love like every couple does who are young and in love for the first time. That's how we feel right now. So glad we found each other. I am feeling what love is for the first time in my life and it feels great. What a great feeling love is? Eunhwi makes me feel so happy. Like no one else has never done before. My parents adore him too and that's great. As long as my parents approve of us, that makes me happy. They are fine with Eunhwi being my boyfriend. He is over at my place tonight for dinner and me and my mom have cooked dinner tonight. First time I have cooked for Eunhwi and I hope I did a good job. I really hope so. Don't want to give him bad food. That won't be good. He talks to my parents as we eat dinner. My dad especially gets on well with Eunhwi as he's never had a son so he sees him as a son which is sweet. "Is the food okay?" I ask. "It's not okay. It's delicious" he replies. "I'm really glad Y/ N and I got to cook for you today, Eunhwi. You deserve it. Both of you do" mom said. "Yes you guys are the cutest couple. Reminds me a lot of when we were young and in love" my dad getting all soppy over my mom. Mom didn't like that. She felt embarrassed haha. It was lovely to have Eunhwi over for dinner tonight and cook for him. Can't wait to see what the future brings for us together
