My friends have been encouraging me to talk to girls more. I used to be really shy at girls especially ones who are beautiful. Beautiful girls are my main weakness in life. My mates keep on nagging me when we go out to talk to a girl and ask for her number. I haven't done that before. I have looked at girls before and given them the eye but not give as far as talking to them or asking for their numbers. Maybe I will at some point. I've never had a girlfriend before or really dated a girl. Me and my best friend Hyunbin are doing something different tonight. We are going speed dating. Something I've never tried before. It should be good. We are looking forward to it. There is a group of girls who will be there too. Hyunbin and I are getting ready now for the speed dating event. We are dressing smart as we want to make a good impression in front of the ladies. Hyunbin likes to think that we are both handsome guys and can get a girl easily. He has more confidence than me. We are getting ready at his place. We do our hair so it looks smart and then put on our special suits that we bought just especially for this event. "Okay we look great, brother" Hyunbin said. "We go. We look pretty good" I reply. "Let's go get em" he said. Me and Hyunbin walk out the door  and get a cab to the venue where the speed dating event is. We pulled up and go inside and it's like a grand hotel. "Ohhhh here we are but the ladies are not here yet" Hyunbin said. "Don't worry. They will be here soon. I'm sure they will" I reply. We get a drink while we wait for the event to start. I'm excited but I'm kinda nervous as well

The girls start arriving and coming in. Me, Hyunbin and the other guys take our seats. After a girl has come to us we have to move along a seat. We will get the chance to talk to everyone by the end of the night. We take our seats and wait for the speed dating event to start. I had a little nervous feeling in my stomach. What if I don't connect with any of these girls? What if they don't like me or what if I don't like them? So much was going through my head right now. The speed dating commences. The first girl was nice but I didn't feel that connection with her. Not 100% my type. I see a couple more girls. They were nice but still not found the one yet. A stunningly pretty girl with blonde highlights comes to my way and smiles and sits down next to me. "Hello, I'm Y/ N" she said. "That's a pretty name. My name is Byeonggeun" I say. "Nice to meet you, Byeonggeun" she smiles. I look into her dreamy eyes and didn't know what to say for a second. "So what do you do for a living, Y/ N?" I ask. "I work for a newspaper company you know writing articles and stuff. It's always been a passion of mine. What about you, Byeonggeun?" Y/ N replies. "Very good. Well I am an idol in a group called Ciipher. Yeah we are kind of small at the moment. That guy over there is my friend and band mate" I say pointing to Hyunbin. "Ah yeah I thought I recognised you from somewhere but couldn't think where. That is very cool" Y/ N smiles. We talk for another minute before getting moved on. I was smiling when Y/ N left the table and moved along. There is something about her that I really like. She is not only beautiful on the outside but I'm sure she is beautiful on the inside of I get to know her more. I see the final few girls but none of them were like Y/ N. I am going to find her as now it's the end and ask her if she would like to go out with me. The event finishes and if we like someone and feel a connection we can ask them out again. I see Hyunbin talking to a girl. One of the ones I didn't feel a connection with. I find Y/ N stood on her own so I go over to her and talk to her. "Hi, Y/ N" I say. "Hey, Byeonggeun" she smiles. "So did you have a good time tonight?" I asks. "Yes I did thank you. It was fun" she smiles. "I think we got on. Do you fancy maybe going out sometime together?" I ask. "Yes I would love to. That'll be nice, Byeonggeun" Y/ N smiles. "Great. I would love that too" I reply. We exchange numbers and vow to keep in touch and go out soon. Speed dating was fun. I would a girl I really like

Byeonggeun and I have been keeping in touch is messaging each other since meeting at the spied dating event. We are getting on really well and like each other. He's the first guy I've liked in a really long time and felt a connection with. Some guys are kinda dicks but definitely not Byeonggeun. He is the total opposite of that. He is a sweet and down to earth guy who is attractive too. Byeonggeun and I are going on a date tonight. In the park this evening they are showing a movie. The movie is unknown at the moment. It's a surprise till it starts so it better be a good one. One that we will both enjoy. This will be the first time we've seen each other since meeting at speed dating quite a few weeks ago. It'll be great to see him again and enjoy a nice date together. Byeonggeun is coming to pick me up soon and we are going to the park together before the movie starts to get our tickets and drinks and snacks. I dress casually as we are not going anywhere too fancy but it's still going to be a nice date anyway. Can't wait to go. Byeonggeun tells me when he arrives. I go outside and get in his car. "Hi, Y/ N" he said. "Hey, Byeonggeun" I smile. "How are you?" he asks. "I'm great. You?" I reply. "Yes me too. I'm looking forward to our date. Wonder what movie we will be seeing?" Byeonggeun said. "I don't know. Better be a good one though" I laugh. He laughs back. We arrive at the park soon. He brought a blanket for us to sit on. We purchase out tickets and get drinks and snacks before finding somewhere to eat on the grass. "I wonder what it will be" I said. "We will wait and see soon" I reply. We talk as we wait for the movie to start. The movie starts and it's one I like. A Star Is Born. It's a really good one. "I've never seen this before" Byeonggeun said. "You'll like it. Lady Gaga is in it" I said. We enjoy our drinks and snacks as we watch A Star Is Born. Both Byeonggeun and I really enjoyed the movie in the park and our date of course. We sat close together and it felt like we were getting close. Byeonggeun is taking me home as he picked me up. He is a gentleman too. He takes me home and drops me by my door. "Well thank you for the amazing night" I say. "You're welcome, Y/ N but I think you've forgotten something" Byeonggeun said suddenly pulling me in for a kiss and kissing me on the lips. We ended the night with a nice kiss and had a great date. Can't wait to see Byeonggeun again

Byeonggeun and I have been dating for about a month now and it's going well so far. We are enjoying our time together and each other of course. He is the best guy I've ever met and I'm happy to have met him and he dating him. Tonight Byeonggeun is coming to my place for the first time and I can't wait to have him over and show him where I live. He found it cool that I had my own place. He shares a place with his band members. He said he would rather have his own place sometimes. Haha. Sometimes he makes me laugh. He is quite funny. I am tidying up my apartment ready for Byeonggeun's arrival soon. Not really any plans as such tonight. We will just chilling and hanging out at mine. We will have something to eat. I made sure I had stuff in that we could have to eat and drink. The doorbell goes and I answer it. It's Byeonggeun of course. Who else would it be? "Hi" he said.   "Hey, you. Welcome to my place" I said. He embraces me with a nice hug and follows me in and I show him around. "It's so cool, Y/ N. I wish I had somewhere like this to call my own" Byeonggeun said. "I'm sure you will one day soon" I reply. I make us some noodles from a packet I had and spring rolls on the side to make it nicer. "Thanks, Y/ N. That was good" Byeonggeun said. "Well I didn't make it. I will cook for you sometime though. I'm an okay cook. I wouldn't say Michelin star or anything" I reply. "No I'm sure you're great. Can't wait to try it someday" he said. So Byeonggeun and I talk for a while and had a great time together. "Y/ N" me goes. "Yes, sweetie" I smile. "So I think this thing we've got going on is official" he says. "Yes it is official. I really feel that connection with you" I say. "Me too. You're so beautiful, Y/ N. You make my heart stop some time" Byeonggeun said. I blushed and I didn't know what to say. "Well I'm so glad you went to the speed dating thing. I have the confidence now and I have you" I say. We both smile and lean in and kiss each other. Byeonggeun and I are having a great time together and are just at the start of our relationship

A/ N: i actually fancy trying speed dating one day in the future. I really like Ciipher. Think they are my favourite new group of last year. Can't wait for them to come back again. My bias is Tag but Byeonggeun is cute though
