Nice, RainWings are cool.

Appearance: A pale white body, with an alternating rainbow belly, that follows through her front legs and wing frames. Her inner wings are a very light grey, along with her eyes

Obviously, for RainWings, scale colour isn't really a thing because they, well. We know. So, you often have to go into detail about a RainWings bodyshape / height / etc. to help distinguish them and make them unique.

Personality: Hard to define, as unlike most Rain-Wings, her emotions come out in bursts, and later vanish. She becomes silent when talking about family, but is otherwise alright to talk to.

This needs ... some more work. Is she friendly (since she's 'alright to talk to'), but still guarded (since she's 'hard to define')? What are her strengths, weaknesses, fears, likes, dislikes, etc.?

Residence: Was the RainWing Kingdom, Now Jade Mountain Academy (Quartz Winglet)

Okay, nice bit about the Winglet.

Relatives: Eucalyptus(Mother), Mongoose(Father), Mango(Younger Sister)

Nice names, especially Eucalyptus.

Friend: (The dragons in her winglet) Toad(Male, Mud-wing), DeathSeeker(Male, Night-Wing), Coral(Female, Sea-Wing), Hawk(Male, Sky-Wing), Sage(Male, Sand-Wing), Glacier(Female, Ice-Wing)

Alright, most of these names are pretty good, but I would suggest changing 'Hawk' and 'Glacier'. Those are both canon names, and Glacier is very well known.

Backstory: Prism was born with a long forgotten RainWing disease, that slowly kills the dragon host, by taking away their scale color, and their ability to emote. It flourishes in sunlight and the juice of fruit, making RainWings perfect. Prism realized this, and that's the reason she eats meat and sleeps in the shade. Her sister Mango, also had the disease, however it killed her sooner than normal, causing her to feel the pain as it happened. Her family mourn her sister, and Prism believes it was her fault. Her mother ignores her now, and was one of the reasons Prism left to the Academy.

That RainWing disease thing is a cool premise, but this needs some more work. For example, how was her childhood like, knowing her family and mourning her sister? How is she at the academy, making friends with her Winglet and such? Also, how does the disease work — can you catch it, or is it genetic?

Abilities: Scale changing, camouflage, etc.

Neat.

Overall, I give Prism a 6/10. Work majorly on her appearance, personality and backstory, and think about changing a few of her friends names.
