Oh? Okay? I get that it is a species of lizard, but I feel like simply 'Gila' would have been better so they don't have 'monster' in their name lol.

age: 10 (I think that's around 25 in human years)

It's okay my dude, dragon ages are hard to translate.

gender: female (she really doesn't care what pronouns you use for her though)

tribe: sand/sky/rain with some mudwing heritage

Diverse mix, but alright.

appearance: a short, muscular build with broad shoulders and a long tail. her scales are usually dark grey with pink, orange, and yellow accents. when she lived in the skywing kingdom she took on the persona of Blitz, a sky/sand hybrid with red scales, a tan belly, brown stripes/horns/sandwing frill, and gold accents. she wears a utahraptor mask (likely animus enchanted to be big enough to fit her) with feathers attached to it. she is sandwing dominant in terms of looks

This is pretty good, but the only thing that's really missing is her eye colour, as far as I can see. Other than that, this is very good.

personality: loyal, alert, active, smart, serious, competitive, determined, sarcastic, tough, stubborn, absent-minded (forgets things she doesn't care for, which is a lot of stuff), callous, fierce, humorless, spiteful, quick to anger, ruthless

Okay, so, this is a lot of traits put together, but how do these traits interact with eachother. She is smart, but what things will she become absent-minded about (aka, what doesn't she care for)? She is determined, but at what point does it become ruthless / callous (she is determined to reach her goals, but does she ever go too far and become 'ruthless')? Mostly, just think about stuff like that — alongside things like her fears and weaknesses and such.

family:

Hoatzin- a rain/skywing hybrid. she is rain dominant besides her large wings. she is her mother
Sunhunter- a sandwing with a sand/mud father and a sandwing mother. he is her father
Komodo dragon- a rain/sky/sand hybrid. she is rain dominant. she is her twin
Leech- a large reddish-brown mudwing. he adopted gila as his sibling
Storm- a grey skywing with red, orange, and yellow accents. He found gila and adopted her. he looses both his legs and his tailtip in a war

Like the name Leech, oddly enough. It's kinda cute.

backstory: Her father abused her, calling her a mistake and a monster while also seeming to love her sister, Komodo. Gila hated her twin since she always got what she wanted and her father loved her. One night, Gila managed to find the mudwing kingdom where Leech, a large reddish brown mudwing adopted her as his sibling. he trained her to be strong and ruthless but he died of illness. Gila was mortified and spent days mourning his death. after a while, she decided to fly to try and take her mind off it. she was found in the skywing kingdom by Storm. Storm took pity on her and decided to adopt her.

As I know you said you were still working in this, I am only going to look at what you have now. So, what happened to her mother? How did her parents meet? Why does her father hate her and not her sister? Was Leech a bigwing, and that's why he adopted her?

abilities: tail barb (stuns, doesn't kill) extra hot fire, color change scales, voice mimicking, large wings

'Voice mimicking'? Is that something she learned how to do?

Overall, I give Gila Monster a 7/10. Work on her personality and backstory a bit more.
