I feel like Skywings are under appreciated

appearance: long legged, large winged rainwing/skywing hybrid, she has pale dune and brown coloured scales with pale blue wings, she has red scales scattered across her face that don't change colour.

She sounds pretty, but maybe add body-shape and what-not. Like that you included long-legged.

personality: strives to gain dragons approval, loyal, creative and a thinker. paranoid and anxious, though it sometimes helps in her line of work. jumpy.

Add a few more flaws.

backstory: She and her sister skystorm(named after fathers tribe and mothers name) where the only eggs to hatch in their clutch. Her sister possessed the skywings build but rainwings venom and scale changing skills. she became extremely skilled at using both, and one of her favourite tricks is mimicking a nightwing. however, when hummingbird began craving meat rainstorm took both sisters to their father osprey. he persuaded the queen to allow them to stay, as the queen at the time had a liking for unique or strange dragons. they could stay as long as they changed their scaling to match their father. the queen saw the potential spies in two half rainwings. skystorm became skilled in dispatching of enemies, and hummingbird was skilled at talking information out of enemies. she requested to become a messanger, as that way she could gain even more information why'll staying at their tribe's kingdoms.

It's nice and simple, but a few more details would be good.

Vulture is a canon name, but other then that it's good! All good names, especially Rhino and Fawn.

ability: possesses fire breath and scale changing, but her venom breath is weak, just a purple mist that could cause pain and blindness for a moment.

I like all these. The venom mist thing is pretty cool.

hobbies- she loves to practise her flying with the guards, reading, and keeping up to date on the news in each kingdom. As well as training with her sister.

Nice hobbies, the sister one is cool.

Overall, I give Hummingbird a 7.5/10. Add some more flaws, and a bit more details on the backstory, and you should be set.
