Surprising, this is the second Koi I've rated lmao

That's usually a mashup you don't see often, cool.
Appearance: Koi has a long and slim body with pale red and blue scales and a light blue underbelly and wings.
He also have a fin on his back and tail like Seawings.
Koi is shorter than the other dragons and his tail is thicker and shorter.
Missing a few key details. What's his eye colour, fin colour, claw colour, etc?
Personality: Stubborn, confident, short-tempered, kind (with the ones he knows), optimist and outgoing.
He pretends to be fearless and strong just for not look weak and stupid (which he actually is).
Add some more good and bad traits. (I do like the detail about pretending he is fearless/strong despite being the complete opposite.)

Backstory: Koi was born and grew in Possibility with his parents and his brother, Monsoon.
Koi was attracted by some draws made by some dragons during an event and, since that day, he started to draw by himself.
He currently lives in a small house, always is Possibility, where he carries on his own buisness.
This is good for a minor character, but not a main. What was it like growing up? What was his relationship with his family? How did he meet Firestorm? Etc, etc.
Abilities: He can't breath well underwater, doesn't have too much fire and misses all the bioluminescent markings.
It's good that you didn't make him overpowered.
Other: Sometimes he travels to other kindoms just for draw pictures of the landscapes
Cute.
Overall, I give Koi a 5.5/10. Work majorly on his backstory, appearance and personality.
