G: [walking downstairs] Good morning Evin.
E: [writing on iPad] Good morning papá.
G: What has you up early?
E: I fell asleep early last night. Why are you awake?
G: Because I am. [sits on sofa] Would you like anything made for you?
E: [thinking] I don't know.
G: I'm out of coffee upstairs so I've come down to get some.
E: Could I have some toast?
G: You can have anything you want. Butter? Jam?
E: Just some butter really.
G: Alright, coming up! Permiso. [goes into kitchen]
E: [continues writing]
Ao: ¡Buenos días! [walking downstairs]
E: Morning.
Ao: Is your father in the kitchen?
E: Yes.
Ao: And it's not on fire?
E: Yes.
Ao: Impressive.
G: [walks in with tray] Ah, pa.
Ao: Well done, you didn't burn the kitchen down.
G: I was just making toast.
E: You set a toaster on fire before.
G: That was a loose wire. [sorts Evin's breakfast]
E: Still. [begins eating toast]
Aa: [walking downstairs]
My grandparents are dressed already and are heading somewhere, I wonder where?
E: Where are you off to?
Aa: We're helping move the tenant with the mould issue into temporary accommodation. It's only fair we give them somewhere while their home isn't liveable, unlike others.
E: [fans self] I take it we chose shady this morning?
Aa: There always is some shade.
G: I'm going to head on up now, my future husband is waiting for me.
Ao: Graham, are you engaged and haven't told us yet?
G: No, Evin won't let me be.
Aa: Yeah, one engagement at a time would be better.
G: Can I go to see my boyfriend now?
Ao: You're free to go. We'll see you later down at the drive.
G: See you then, bye bye! [walks to bedroom]
Aa: [begins leaving house] Evin do you need anything?
E: Mmm, I'm grand.
Ao: Call us if anything changes. [puts coat on]
E: I will, I will.
