This one shot is set after Selin is left at the altar by Ferit. I am changing it a little, means that Selin didn't sell her shares to Efe. She came back to work at Artlife after her marriage fiasco and she still thinks that she has a chance with Serkan even though Serkan told her about his love for Eda.

It was a new day for Selin. Two days ago Ferit had left her at the marriage alter and it had been way too painful for her. She had actually given up on Serkan and decided to give Ferit and their upcoming marriage full chance and dedication but to her bad luck, Ferit had only heard part of her conversation with Serkan about moving on and he had left her at altar. Last two days had been hell for her, she herself had to shut down her wedding gossips or rumours being the PR. She had locked herself in her house for the last 2 days pondering upon her next steps in life.
She was hating the fact that Serkan had chosen Eda over her, her pain and agony was actually making her believe that Eda was responsible for all this, had Eda not come into Serkan's life, Serkan would still be in love with her and marry her and here she was locking herself up after getting rejected by two guys in a matter of 3-4 days. She determined to get back Serkan, and she was ready to make Serkan realise that Eda was not the correct choice for him. In her head, she knew that Serkan and Eda won't last because they were polar opposites and Serkan she knew and she was in relationship with would never be able to last in a relationship with Eda. Also she was the one with him in hospital when his father had a heart attack and throughout the day, she was the one trying to comfort Serkan and he had not turned her down. So she thought that Serkan actually still had feelings for her rather than Eda.  With that in mind, she had walked into Artlife today to finally take back what was hers in first place, only to be disappointed at the first site of Serkan.
Selin had walked in almost at the same time Serkan was stepping out of his car. She waited for him to step out and went to greet him.
"Mehraba Serkan. Good morning."
"Good Morning Selin, how are you?"
Selin was too focused on something that she didn't even hear him reply. She was shocked to see a hickey on his neck. It was a big one and prominent apparently because only half of it was hidden by his shirt collar. She was also shocked because Serkan throughout their relationship had never left a hickey on her and not even allowed Selin to do that. It was a strict no no for him. Also, it was hardly that they made out and Serkan was never even interested in having sex with her. Selin always thought that he was closed off and was not interested. She had made herself happy with only kisses and hugs with him but to her dismay only after 2 days being in a relationship with Eda, he was already sporting marks left by Eda on his body. She irked inwardly and couldn't believe that this person was Serkan, the same one she was in relationship with a few months ago.
"Selin?" Serkan asked again on getting no reply.
She snapped out of her thoughts.
"Uhh, yes yes Serkan. I am feeling better. I thought it was better to work over my pain and sorrows, so I am joining back as the PR head."
"That's great Selin, take care!"
With that he moved inside the building to his office and Selin quickly followed behind.

Well okay, what if he has that hickey, he still walked in alone and without Eda. So Selin get to work before Eda barges in the office. She thought to herself.

Serkan went to his old office upstairs because there was going to be a confidential meeting today only for a few people and he didn't want any other employees hearing it before deal finalisation. He started working and Selin came in around 15-20 minutes later along with Engin, Piril, Leyla, and Melo. Apparently there was a meeting of art life heads and holding partners regarding a project they were offered and Leyla and Melo being assistants were there to take notes of the meeting for future references. If you ask why not Erdem? Well, he was a pain in ass for Engin because even if he somehow managed to make notes about the minutes of meeting, they were absolutely non comprehensive to Engin later and plus he was not the right person when it came to keeping projects and deals secret. So he never bought Erdem to meetings and always made his own notes.
They all seated themselves and Engin asked before the meeting started.
"Serkan abi, where's Eda today? Is she on leave? She hasn't come till now and I am already missing her energy in this office."
Engin winked at Serkan who gave him back a glare before smiling a little. Piril and Selin made irritated faces.
"Ahh Engin, I am sure you miss her. You two are too much alike when it comes to working. Actually she has gone back to her university to meet one of her professors and ask if she can start her studies back at the earliest. She will be here by afternoon."
"Wow Serkan, that's great. Well I hope all goes well for her." Engin replied excitedly while Piril and Selin showed no interest. Selin was happy from inside because she would use this in her favour. If Eda goes back to university, she would not work at Art life and that would actually give Selin advantage to remain close to Serkan all the time.
The meeting started and they had been offered a big project in London. The company that wanted to build a hotel in London was willing to have a short term partnership with the holding and hence it was a lucrative deal for both Art life and holding. They were weighing in the pros and cons to decide whether to take up the deal or not. The meeting went on for quite long and eventually they decided to take on the deal and it required both the holding partners i.e. Selin and Serkan to come to London to sign the deal. It would also require a short term relocation of one of the art life heads and Engin Piril and Serkan decided to take that decision once their deal gets finalised.
Serkan called the company to inform their decision and the company wanted to sign the deal at the earliest hence they would be required to fly to London tomorrow.
Serkan asked everyone present in that room to keep it a secret until the deal is finalised and signed as he didn't want this news to reach Kaan and their project to be vandalised. Everyone nodded before moving out.
Serkan relaxed after this tiring meeting and messaged Eda asking about her whereabouts and when was she coming back to office as he wanted to share his news of going to London for a week and with Selin. He was not sure how Eda would react because even though he had removed any doubts or insecurities Eda had, he still knew that she would not take this positively because Selin still made her insecure.
Meanwhile, Selin finding that Eda was not yet back barged into Serkan's door without even knocking. She had that habit since they were dating but hadn't stopped it after their break up. Serkan made a mental note to someday ask her politely to start knocking on his door first rather than barging in. She sat down in front of his desk on the couch and was excited that they were going to London. She knew that even if Eda and Serkan wanted, Eda would not be able to go because she would rejoin her university soon.
"Serkan, I am glad we are going to London together. Remember a few months ago when you went for a month, you talked about how many things you wanted to show me. I am excited to see them now." She spoke sugar coating her words.
Serkan was not interested in showing around Selin those places. But he spoke out of their friendship and professional bond.
"Of course Selin, once we seal the deal, we can see around a little. But my priority is to get the sign at the earliest and be back because Art life daily has some crisis or other."
Selin nodded, she would be happy with any small time they get together in London away from Eda.
"I understand Serkan, but how exciting it is. Anyways, I have asked Leyla to book the private jet for tomorrow for two of us and make necessary arrangements."
"Tamam Selin." He spoke while glancing to his phone hoping that Eda had replied him but she hadn't.
"Serkan, I was wondering if we can stay in one of our holding properties there. I mean the house that you lived in for a month there."
"Yeah Selin, we can use that. It's near the company and site of construction. We can save time of travel. I will ask the housekeeper to keep the rooms ready."
Selin was going to continue something but the door opened and Eda walked in rushing towards Serkan not even noticing Selin. She had a little bit of tears in her eyes when Serkan saw her face and he immediately stood up and opened his arms. Eda rushed in to hug him and he tightly wrapped his arms around her.
"Eda, baby, what happened? Are you okay?"
Eda just nodded while in his embrace and he was caressing her hair. Meanwhile Selin was withering in jealousy. Hearing words of endearment from Serkan was a new thing for her and even his affection and physical contact towards Eda, that unfortunately Selin had never experienced.
"Askim, why are you crying? Come on tell me. All went well at university? Are you rejoining?"

Eda spoke still in his embrace.
"Evet Serkan. They gave me a scholarship on the behalf that I am working for Art Life, and I am joining back. These are tears of happiness Serkan." She smiled a little and leaned back to see his face. Serkan was happy and grinning now.
He pulled Eda back in his embrace.
"That's great my love. I am so happy for you."
Eda nodded but leaned back when she remembered what Melo had told her when she had entered Art Life a few minutes ago.
"Serkan, you are going to London? For a week? With.."
Before she could complete, Selin spoke making them aware of her presence.
"Me. With me Eda. Evet, we are going for a week. But I am surprised how did you get this information so fast. Serkan, I think I need to talk to Melo about it. This information was only to be kept within the top heads of holding and Artlife. She can't keep giving out secrets that too which are important for our holding and company." Selin was always looking ways to belittle Eda and her friends and this seemed as a perfect opportunity for her. However it didn't sit well with both Eda and Serkan.
"Selin, Melo won't tell anyone else and obviously Eda would have been in loop even if Melo hadn't told her because I was going to inform her about it."
"Serkan why? It's to be kept between you, me, Engin and Piril and of course our assistants until the deal is finalised and then we were supposed to tell other employees."
Eda was growing red with anger and Serkan was getting irritated with Selin's poking.
"Because Selin, she is my girlfriend. She has all the right to know. Do you think I would go to London without telling her? Leaving her to guess where I am going and why I am going? Now if you excuse us, I need to talk privately with Eda."
Eda was surprised at the way Serkan shut down Selin and she was looking at him lovingly. While Selin felt dejected, she nodded and left the room.
Eda spoke up sadly once Selin left.
"Serkan, you are going with her. For how long will you be there?"
"Eda, my love, I told you before also that you don't have to worry or feel insecure because of Selin. She is the holding partner and that's why she has to be present when the deal is being signed but don't worry. There's going to be nothing else between us. It's suppose to take a week but I am planning on returning at the earliest."
Eda just nodded and hugged him lightly.
"Serkan, I am going to miss you. How am I going to live 1 week without your kisses, hugs and of course sex?" She blushed at the last part.

"Eda, I will try to wrap up my work at the earliest and in evening and nights we can roam around. And baby we will be there for just a week, once we come back you can join back your university. And I will talk to your aunt personally. Don't worry, I will convince her. Eda look, I know you feel that's its a little early for us to go on vacations like this, but Eda I love you like crazy and I want to see the world with you. We even went to Antalya together when we were fake engaged Eda. And now it's all real. Plus once you start with your university, we won't get a lot of time. And now we can get some time all alone. See, I don't want to pressurise or force you. Baby please. Please think about it once. I won't mind even if you don't want to go, but I am going to love it if you come with me. It's just a week my love. And I don't want an immediate answer from you. You can take your time. Our plane leaves tomorrow evening. So take your time my love."
Eda was looking at him lovingly. How can her robot be so sweet, she thought. She just nodded and spoke.
"Thank you Serkan, I promise I am going to think about it."
Serkan smiled and hugged her.
"Come on, let's have lunch askim."

"Tamam tamam Eda. Wait, I will order something for us here only. Leylaa."

Selin came in and spoke.
"Serkan, do you want to go out for lunc..? Ohh I see you are already having lunch. I was thinking maybe we could grab something while discussing about our trip and work in London? I. I will come later."

"Selin you can take my dish, I hadn't started it yet, I am going to share it with Serkan."
Serkan smiled at her and offered her his plate of food.
Selin thought to start igniting the fire now itself and the final blow she would give in their trip to London.
So she spoke.
"Congratulations Eda, I am happy for you that you are rejoining university."
"Thankyou Selin."
"So you will stop working at Art Life I suppose?"
Before Eda could answer, Serkan answered much to Selin's dislike.
"No. Eda is still going to work at Art Life. She will fix a schedule as per her convenience. In evenings she can come to work here. Right Eda?"
Eda just nodded.
"Okay. I think it's going to be a little difficult for you guys to work upon a long distance relationship for a week Eda and Serkan. Because your relationship is so new, I hope there are going to be no misunderstandings. And Eda I know you might be worried that your boyfriend is going to another country with his ex."
She wanted to see that change of expressions on Eda's face but it never happened and she was disappointed.
"No Selin, distance will not affect us. Our love for each other is way above things like distance or timing. Right Serkan? And also, don't worry. We trust each other a lot. It doesn't worry me that he is going with you."
Serkan adored her for trusting him. And Selin was getting irritated.
She started talking about how they will visit different places that Serkan had visited last time he was in London and wanted to show Selin.
Eda took this opportunity and moved her hand under the table to Serkan's thigh and started moving upward. Serkan froze while eating and nearly choked when Eda's hand reached his crotch. He glanced at Eda who was smirking at him. And challenging him with her eyes.

They went down and talked to Ayfer Hala. After a lot of convincing and making Eda promise that she would stay in constant touch with her over phone, she agreed.
"Girls, please don't tell Serkan, I want to surprise him."

The next day passed in a hurry. Serkan completed some of his pending work before he left in the afternoon. While Eda was also trying to complete her pending work before she joined university and now that she was also leaving for a week. Some time in the day, she had informed Engin about her surprise so that her work would be take care of in her absence and Engin was more than excited when he heard about her plan. She also asked Leyla to inform the airline that she would be flying too and pleaded her to keep it a secret from Serkan. Leyla happily obliged.
Serkan asked Eda in the afternoon.
"Eda, baby did you decide? Are you coming with me?"
"Serkan there's a lot of work that I need to complete before I go back to studying. I don't think I will be able to do it if I go with you. Also,  I talked to Hala, she didn't agree."
Eda lied but she immediately regretted seeing the sadness in his eyes. He spoke sadly.
"Eda, I understand. I am going to miss you for a week. But don't worry, we will stay connected over video calls."
Eda nodded and he went back to his office. A few hours later, he wrapped up his work and packed his stuff. He called Eda to his office.
"Eda, I am leaving. I need to pack before I leave for airport. Baby are you coming with me to my home? We could spend a few hours together before I leave." He was sad but he tried his best to not show Eda that.
Eda herself had to do her packing. So she politely refused.
"Serkan, I promised Hala to help her with her big order for flowers for an event today. I am really sorry." She hugged Serkan tightly and he hugged her back.
She was feeling bad for lying to him but she thought of how happy he would be when he would see her on the plane.
"Serkan, take care. Have a safe flight and a wonderful trip. I am going to miss you. And promise me you are going to video call me every day and don't forget to reply to my messages. Although I trust you more than my life, but if I saw you close to Selin, I am going to fly to London and kill you there itself."
She grinned and he chuckled while hugging her.
"Yes ma'am. Your order is noted well. My love, I will miss you a lot. Don't worry, we will go again someday soon."
He kissed her passionately before hugging her once again. They remained in the embrace for a long time before parting. And Serkan left for his home while soon after Serkan left, she also left to pack her things.

In the evening, Serkan reached airport in his car with Selin because she had asked him to pick her up. They boarded the plane and settled themselves. Serkan was texting Eda that he had reached the airport and waiting to fly out.
The air hostess came to them and spoke.
"Welcome Serkan bey and Selin hanim. We will fly as soon as the third passenger arrives."
Serkan and Selin were surprised because they thought they were the only two flying. Serkan spoke.
"I am sorry miss. But I think there's a misunderstanding. We booked it for the two of us only."
"No Serkan bey, we got a call from some Leyla from Artlife this morning informing us to reserve a seat for another person as well."
"Ohh Leyla is my assistant. Wait I will call her."
"No need Serkan bey, the third person is here. She is boarding now."
Before Serkan could ask who, Eda boarded the plane and stood in front of them with a million dollar smile. She was wearing an elegant black skirt with a white shirt and her hair was left open. She was carrying her sling bag along with her and wearing boots below.
Serkan was shocked and surprised to see her there but most of all happy while Selin was angry.
Serkan quickly stood up and rushed to Eda and lifted her up in the air.
"Serkan, do you like the surprise?"
He dropped her back on her feet and kissed her forehead and then took her in his embrace.
"Are you kidding me Eda? Like it? I love it Eda. Thank you for accepting my offer and coming. I love you askim."
Selin was surprised when she heard that Serkan had offered Eda to come with him. Again she compared it to her relationship with Serkan. He never took her on business trips until necessary because she was a partner. She groaned in Frustration at the sight in front of her. The two love birds settling down in the seats in front of her and Serkan pulling her in his embrace.
Her plan was doomed to fail, she thought to herself. She cursed inwardly because she was now going to be a witness to cute, fluffy Serkan and Eda throughout her trip and she had no way out of it now.
