Emotional roller coaster ride coming your way guys. I literally cried writing this one.
Plot: Set during his tumour. So in the show they show flashbacks where he starts only caring about work and completely ignoring Eda, shouting at her. So it's set during that time.

Eda had thought that they would finally be able to find happiness now since the doctors had confirmed that his tumour was healed now and he was no more suffering from it. She had thought things would go back to normal but she didn't see what came her way soon after.
Serkan had completely closed himself to her, he just focused on his work, taking a number of new projects daily and working day and night.
Eda was not able to understand why Serkan was treating her differently. Maybe he had fear or he was scared since this was the second time he was almost clutched by death.
She tried hard to mend their relationship, leaving behind her pride and trying to be there for him even if he stopped giving her importance.
It had been a few days now since they had been intimate and from last 3-4 days, they were hardly talking, because he went to office before Eda woke up and came back almonds after midnight when Eda would have slept waiting for him on the couch. She would find herself in their bed as she woke up because Serkan would come and carry her to bed and cuddle with her to sleep. But she felt as if he didn't love her anymore because he stopped caring. Maybe a near death experience made him realise that Eda was not his, she thought to herself.
She was trying really hard but she ended up crying herself to sleep at nights and her health was suffering as well, emotionally and physically as well. She cried at the thought that Serkan had not seen her hand which had marks of drip injections on it. She had not told anyone but her fainting episodes had resurfaced again but with much more intensity due to stress and she had been admitted to hospital two times in last week but Serkan didn't know any of this as they hardly talked now.
As usual, today she woke up again finding the other side of bed empty. He was gone again. To work. Leaving her behind wondering if he didn't want her in his life anymore. She got out of bed and got ready as she had some errands to run today. She had planned to try to talk to him again today and discuss where they stand. So she was going out shopping for ingredients of his favourite dishes that she was going to make for dinner.
As usual, she skipped her breakfast which had been happening for a month now, since the time Serkan started going to office early morning and she didn't feel like eating anything.
It was almost afternoon as she came out of the grocery shop holding a few bags and exhausted. Skipping meals was definitely showing it's effect. She felt dizzy and felt her eyes blackening out. She knew what was going to happen and she pulled out her phone from the pocket and dialled Serkan's number and it was no surprise to her that he didn't pick up. It was the last thing before she fainted and fell on the hard concrete and getting bruised on her arms and face.

People around her quickly rushed to her, they helped pick her up and one of the lady there called the ambulance and she was rushed to hospital. By chance it was the same hospital where she had been admitted two times before in a similar situation. Fainting and somebody helping her reach the hospital.
The doctors immediately starting tending to her. And the nurse searched through her phone for finding any information about her immediate family. She found her phone and opened it to see the last dialled number and she walked out of the room to call on the same number.

The nurse called twice but Serkan didn't pick up. On the third try, he picked up agitated.
"What is it Eda? I am in a meeting."
"Umm excuse me, is this Serkan speaking?"
Serkan was surprised to hear someone else on the phone rather than Eda.
"Hello, whose this? This is Eda's phone. Who are you?"
"I am nurse speaking from XYZ hospital Serkan bey. May I know your relation to Eda?"
Serkan was getting worried now.
"I am her fiancé. Where is Eda? Why is her phone with you in a hospital?"
"Serkan bey, she was brought in an ambulance today. She fainted on the street and people got her here. I found her phone and you were the last dialled number, hence I called you. I assume you are busy, can you inform her immediate family so that they can come here as the doctors need to speak to someone close to her." She spoke and Serkan felt the phone falling away from his hand.
He quickly replied.
"I will be there in 10 minutes. I am her immediate family." He spoke and cut the call, rushing out of the meeting telling them that it was postponed. He picked up his coat and car keys and rushed to the hospital. All the way to the hospital, he only hoped that she was fine. He wouldn't be able to cope up if anything happened to her.
He reached the reception and asked for her. They informed her the room number and as he rushed to her room, he was stopped by a nurse on the door.
"Excuse me, are you Serkan bey? Are you here for Eda?"
"Yes, I am Serkan Bolat, her fiance."
"Can you come with me for a few minutes? The doctor needs to talk to you." She spoke and Serkan nodded. He followed her to the doctors room. The nurse spoke,
"Dr. Amir, this is Serkan bey, he is Eda's fiance, the one who fainted again today."
"Ahh yes, please sit down Serkan bey, I didn't know she had a fiancé. She told us last time that she had an aunt as her immediate family who was currently away to another city for some work." He spoke but Serkan was too shocked to reply. All he could get out was, "Fainted again? Last time?"
"Uhmmm, I suppose Eda hanim has not informed you about her fainting episodes. Please sit down, I really want to talk to you about it."
Serkan was shocked and he just nodded as he sat down in front of the doctor.
"I want to know everything doctor."
"Evet Serkan bey. A week ago, she was brought in by some people as she had fainted in a shop in the afternoon. The passer by had got her here and we checked her up. She was extremely dehydrated and undernourished, so we had to give her a drip and admit her for a few hours. We wanted her to stay further but she forced us to discharge her. We asked about her family, but she told us that her aunt was out of city due to some work and she was an orphan, so no parents. So around evening, we let her go as she felt fine. Then two days ago, she was brought again as she fainted again. We really tried to ask her about any other person that we could call to talk about her health, but all she said was that apart from her aunt and a friend, nobody cared for her and she didn't want to disturb anyone else. She was admitted for a few hours and we gave her a drip injection again to rehydrate her. We prescribed her some medicines as well to reduce her stress and we have found severe stress markers in her blood. We feel she is under too much stress, not sleeping properly and not eating properly. And then again today, she was brought in, so we had no choice but to check her phone and call you. This time the lady who brought her, told that she fell down on the street and she had suffered some bruises on her arms and face. She is currently unconscious but as she told us about her history of fainting episodes, we are expecting her to wake up any time now. For further treatment, I would
like to know from you Serkan bey, is there any specific kind of stress that she is undergoing lately? Because she told us that her fainting had stopped completely a few months ago but now this is the third time she has been brought in the last 1 week."
Serkan was shocked beyond hell hearing this. He had been oblivious to how Eda had been suffering. She didn't even tell him about her fainting. And he immediately regretted how he was treating her. His eyes filled with tears and he spoke his voice breaking.
"Umm we have been going through a tough time doctor. I assure you whatever treatment you have, we will follow it. Please start whatever tests you want. Meanwhile I would like to meet her."
"Sure Serkan bey, you can meet her and take her home. We want her to come back tomorrow for a few tests that I would like to run on her. We need to assess her heart strength because this frequent episodes of fainting generally weaken the heart."
Serkan felt tears streaming down his face as he realised that he had damaged his peri kizi. What had he done.
He quickly moved out of the room and rushed to Eda's room. He entered and saw her sleeping peacefully on the bed with a drip on her hand. Her face was bruised on one cheek and her arms had a few bruises.
A sob left his mouth at this sight. She had been suffering alone and he had pushed her farther away that she felt he didn't love her or care for her.
He caressed her other cheek and spoke, "I am sorry Eda. I am so sorry love for doing this to you. I promise you I am going to make up for it."
He spoke and sat behind her on a chair. Eda's back was facing him and he sat down lost in his own thoughts.
Eda woke up some time later and she didn't see Serkan sitting behind her back. She quickly woke up and realised that she was in hospital yet again as she saw the drip in her hand. She got up and saw her arms bruised and spoke to herself.
"Ohh god. How did this happen? How am I going to go home and tell Serkan what happened? What will I say to him?"
She picked her phone up from the side table and saw the time.
"Ohh no no no. It's already evening. I need to go home before Serkan comes back home. Eda, you need to stop fainting so much. And what will I say about these bruises?" She spoke panicking and trying to get up pulling roughly the drip from her hand and saw her hand bleeding.
A voice came from behind and she almost jumped in fear.
"Maybe you can start by telling the truth." She immediately recognised the voice and turned around to see him sitting on the chair looking at her intently.
She spoke her voice breaking, "umm Serkan? What are you doing here? How did you know I was here?"
Serkan stood up from the chair and walked to her, holding her by her arms lightly so as to not hurt her bruises.
"Eda, why didn't you tell me that you have started fainting again? Eda. I got so worried when I got the call from the hospital. Your hand is bleeding sweetheart. Wait I will call the nurse, we can get it dressed and then I will take you home." He spoke caressing her arms and Eda looked down at her hand.
"Serkan, I am sorry I didn't know that they would call you. You were in a meeting and you would have had to cancel it because of me. I am sorry. You can go back to office. I will take a cab back home once I am free from here." She spoke tears streaming down from her face as she looked down.
"Eda. What are you saying? I am taking you home baby." He spoke wiping her tears away from her face. Before Eda could say anything further, there was a knock on the door, and the nurse walked in to tend to her drip wound.
The nurse asked Eda and Serkan to sign the discharge papers and to come back tomorrow for further tests. She also asked Eda to eat properly and sleep properly from now on.
Serkan held her hand and walked to the car and helped her sit. And he sat on the driver's seat and started driving. He was feeling so guilty with his behaviour in last one week and how much he had hurt Eda. Eda was completely silent not knowing what to say. She had seen it first hand how they had drifted apart since his tumour.
As Serkan started the car, she spoke looking in front and not at him. She didn't him want to see her tears. She knew how painful past few months had been for him and she didn't want to be a burden on him. She had realised that work always came for him first.
