I opened the door seeing Sam and Nellie on the couch both sleeping while cartoons play like always, I walked infront of them and nudged Nellie a bit trying not to drop the flowers.
"Nellie, wake up." I said
She hummed and opened her eyes slightly making me smile but she groaned turning away from me.
"No please let me speak, I know it was wrong bringing her and that only I call you babygirl. I'm just really really sorry please forgive me, I even got you these." I said holding out the flowers
She stood up and looked at me, I stood there waiting for another slap across the face but it never came. I looked down at her and thats when I saw the necklace I got her around her neck, I slightly smiled.
"So do you forgive me?" I asked
She took the flowers from me and smiled "I forgive you Colbs."
I hugged her lifting her off the ground making her laugh, I put her down and followed her to the kitchen where she looked for something to put the flowers in. She found a jar putting some water in then put the flowers in then set them on the counter next to the fish.
"Can I sleep in my room and not on the couch?" I asked rocking on my heels
"Yes Colby you can." She said smiling
I ran to my room with Nellie following, we both covered up and I pulled her close to me. Soon she relaxed and I saw her eyes close.
"I think I'm falling for you babygirl." I whispered
