I watched as Colby and Sam punched each other in the face, apparently they were practicing for when the time comes, whenever it did they would be ready for whatever comes at them.
"You guys done yet it's boring seeing you two do the same moves." I said
Colby looked at me "No can do babygirl, we gotta do this no matter what."
I rolled my eyes and stood up going to the kitchen to find something to eat before going back outside sitting on the deck again. I sat there eating the chips I got while they kept punching, kicking and slapping each other both of their faces already getting bruised knowing I would have to give them both ice packs later. Colby came running over to me holding his hand out to me.
"What?" I asked
"Well aren't you going to share those?" He asked
"I guess." I said taking a handful and putting it in his hand some of it dropping onto the grass
"Wait I want some too." Sam yelled running over
I dumped some in his hand they both sat on either side of me, we silently ate staring outline of the trees in the back yard. Only knowing I'll never be able to go out into the open again I know I'll go insane looking at the trees all the damn time but it's only temporary.
