Oliver knew he fucked up the second he touched some kind of medical equipment in Denny Duquette hospital room.
George is looking at a computer while Izzie is manually pumping Denny's heart. Meredith enters the room and shuts the door behind herself.
"George's page said it was an emergency." She stated as she took in what was happening.
"You paged Meredith?" Izzie looked good George.
"We need more help!" George raised his voice.
"What the hell is going on?" Meredith asked just as Christina entered and said, "What the hell is going on?"
The twisted sisters sent each other a glance, "Exactly what I said."
"She cut his LVAD wires!" Oliver cried.
"What do you mean you cut his LVAD wires?" Meredith quizzically looked at Izzie who was pumping Denny's heart.
"Are you trying to kill him?" Christina scoffed.
"We are all going to die." Oliver muttered as he moved closer into the wall.
"I'm trying to save him. All I have to do is confirm that his condition is worse, then Lee or Burke can call UNOS and he'll move up on the list and he will get his heart." The blond snapped.
"Guys...about them." Christina said quietly, having seen everyone in the ER treating Atlas, Burke and Atlas's father.
"She's gone insane, right? It's not just me?" George looked at everyone in the room.
"About them..." Christina raised her voice a little more but no one heard her over the yelling and beeping.
"Everything will be fine!" Izzie angrily told them, tears running down her cheeks.
"Izzie!" Meredith yelled at the blond.
"When Atlas or Burke gets here, everything will be fine. They'll know what to do."
"About them..."
Wide eyed George looked to Christina, "What!"
"They've been shot!"
Oliver dropped the small glass bottle of medication he held.

Venus and Bailey stood side by side in the operating room, the two being prepared to operate on Atlas. Burke was in his own surgery and there were no other cardiac attendings that could help or do the surgery.
"Scalpel." Dr. Bailey held her hand out waiting for the tool to be placed in her hand, once it was she moved the blade closer to Atlas's chest and made the first cut.

"What do we do? What do we do?" Izzie muttered to herself.
"I'm starting dopamine and dobutamine drips. We can use those together, right? What about milrinone?" Meredith asked the room.
