6: Buck + Eddie⚠️⚠️

When the alarm sounds, everyone rushes to the trucks, Bobby on the phone with Athena. They all quickly pull on their turnouts and climb into the truck.

"Okay so this is arson. Athena caught the person who did it. Our job is to put it out and get everyone to safety," Bobby says just as they pull up.

They all climb out of the truck, rushing to get a better view of the scene. Hen and Chim see someone coming out and rush to help them. Buck sees them and freezes, rushing back to the truck.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Eddie asks as he helps Buck get supplies.

"Nothing."

"You froze when seeing the person Hen and Chim were helping. Who is she?" Eddie asks.

"She raped me nine months ago," Buck says before running to Hen, who was yelling for the equipment.

"Wha- Buck!" Eddie chases after him, pulling him back.

"Eddie, we need to stop the fire."

"No, Buck. You are going to sit and stay the hell away from her. You can't get too close to her," Eddie says, kissing Buck before making him sit on the back of the engine and walking away.

When they reach the fire station, the shift is over, so Buck and Eddie head back to Eddie's home.

"You okay?" Eddie asks.

"Eddie, I'm okay," Buck says.

"You froze, Buck. That's text book ptsd," Eddie responds.

"Okay, so I haven't fully recovered, but I've made progress," Buck says.

"What do you know about her?" Eddie asks.

"It happened in a club. I was drunk, she got me to the bathroom. It all went downhill from there."

Eddie sighs and holds Buck, per his request, and kisses the top of his head.
