A/N: Introducing Firefighter Camille Campbell, "CC" for short. She is just a random character.

Music is pumping through Maddie and Chimney's house. They decided to have an adults only reception for their wedding in addition to the one for everyone. Athena and Bobby are dancing-a little too provocatively for Buck's liking. Ravi is dancing with May while Hen and Karen dance together. Maddie and Chimney are dancing with wide smiles. Buck and Eddie are leaning against the wall, whispering into one another's ears with bright smiles. CC and her boyfriend of over a year, James, are dancing, their bodies against each other as they move to the beat of the music.
Buck pulls Eddie by the hand towards everyone else and starts drunkenly dancing with him, similar to CC and James. Feeling the music, CC turns to Ravi and starts dancing with him, them being really close. Buck glances at James and sees that he is visibly upset. In his drunken state, Buck thinks nothing of it.

CC walks into the fire house in a blue hoodie, the hood pulled over her head. She focuses on the floor as she walks. She slips into the locker room, not aware of Ravi watching her. Ravi walks over to the team slowly, his mind swirling with thoughts.
"Hey, do you guys think CC has been acting weird?"
"Weird how?" Hen asks as she wipes down the table.
"I don't know," Ravi says softly, "withdrawn?"
"No, I haven't noticed anything, but you know her better than us," Hen responds.
Ravi looks back towards the locker room, seeing CC leave wearing her long-sleeved uniform shirt. He sighs before walking to the couch and sitting down, trying to focus on the television.

The team gets the fire out with minimal effort, nobody being harmed. They all walk back to the engine, taking off their masks.
"Woah, CC, what happened to you?" Ravi turns when he hears Chimney's voice.
"What?"
"You have a bruise on your cheek," Chimney responds, prompting Buck to look at her.
"And your neck," he adds, concern evident in his voice.
Hearing this, Ravi walks over with intent towards his best friend. He lightly grabs her chin and raises it, looking at the bruises.
"CC, that's not just a bruise. That's a strangulation mark."
"No, it's not," she responds sternly, pulling her head away.
Before anything else can be said, she climbs into the rig. The rest of the 118 follow, except for Chimney and Hen. The two paramedics get into the ambulance. The engine is filled with silence other than Bobby trying to start a conversation. Ravi can't stop staring at CC and CC is just trying to pretend that she doesn't notice.

"9-1-1, what's your emergency?" Maddie says as the call connects.
"Hi, yeah. My neighbor was screaming and it sounds like things are being broken."
"Okay, what's the address?"
"They live at 1356 Maple Way."
"Okay, police and an ambulance are on the way."
