Inspiration from another one shot person. Been giving y'all some sad Yelena povs, but this will include crying sick children, so I am warning you now. If you do not like kids or do not like reading povs where you are the parent, I would suggest skipping, I love writing these and do not like reading comments in which y'all are seemingly making fun of these chapters.
[Third Person...]

You and Yelena were fast asleep in your bed. Yelena cuddled against your chest as you laid on your back, her arms around your waist.

Your three year old daughter was fast asleep in her bed, until she woke up with some pain. Not only was she running a fever, she had also been experiencing extremely bad bone pain. Growing pains, they were the worst.

She grabbed her stuffed animal as well as her 'ankie and wobbled to your room.

When she arrived all you could hear was the little sniffles, she was trying her best not to wake you up as she climbed onto your bed. She had been crying from the moment she woke up.

You woke up to find her staring at you, tears rolling down her rosy cheeks.

"What's wrong my love?" You ask concerned

"Mommy, i no feel good. Head hurts, and cold." She whined, you brought her into you and felt her head. She was burning up.

Come here my love, let's try to get some more sleep. You say hoping it was just something to do with the bone pain, sometimes this was normal for children who suffered from bad bone pain.

She nodded and laid on your other side cuddling up to you.

When you woke up next, your daughter had only woken up a few minutes after you in a crying fit.

"Mommy, my throat hurts." She sobbed

"Aw, my baby. I think you have a cold." You sympathized with her bringing her into you.

"Whats wrong?" Yelena asked waking up and rubbing her tired eyes.

"Waves is sick, I'm gonna go get her some medicine." You said before getting up from the bed and walking towards the kitchen. Your baby only crying so much more.

"Mommy!" She sobbed reaching towards the door you walked out of, Yelena got up and picked up her daughter rocking her trying to calm her to the best of her abilities but unfortunately, she wasn't the parent well for comforting the child.

Yelena was between the accidental bone breaking fun parent and the very strict parent. She had her limits, where as you were the calm, let's watch movies all day, let me fix your boo boos, bake cakes, schedule abiding parent. But your daughter, Waverly, seemed to only want you. Which made sense.

Yelena did not know how to handle a child crying, even if she was raising that child. As much as Melina tried preparing her for this, she was very tense and unready.

"Mommy!" Your daughter sobbed in a high pitch tone, still reaching for the door. Yelena sighed before walking towards it and towards the kitchen where you would be.

You both still lived in the compound with the other Avengers, being you both didn't earn much money, Tony was very reluctant to allowing all the avengers to make this their home.

"Aw look, little Yelena can't handle a crying baby." Tony mocked.

"I wouldn't test her limits, Stark. She'll put you in a headlock with that baby still in her hands." Natasha defended her sister.

You came up to your girls picking up your crying daughter from your wife's arms.

"Can you heat this up for her?" You asked, Yel nodded, still exhausted.
