18. What's the big deal ?

They reached their cabin. He never got for Anupamaa any seperate cabin coz being away from her even during working hours haunts him. He doesn't want to spend even a moment of his life without her, past 26 years had been enough for it. Anupamaa sat on the comfy sofa lying left of his working table. Anuj went to Malvika's cabin and called her in for breakfast.

Malvika entered the room with a coy smile and addressed Anupamaa as the first thing that her eyes spotted in Anuj's cabin.

- Helloi...

- Hello Mukkuu... Aap beitho Anooj ne hum sab ke liye naasta banaaya hai saath me khaate hein beith ke.

She took a chair from Anuj's working desk and put it near Anupamaa's table.

- Areyy ye kursi kyun laa ri ho yahan beitho ne sofe pe araam se.

- Nahi nahiii... Vahan to bhaaii baithenge na ab se. Aur main na tum dono love birds ke kabaab ke beech me haddii banne ke bilkul mood me nahi hoon so pleasee BHAABHIII main na yahi baithti hoon aur haan main yahi hoon abhi to control karna thoda sa. (And she smirked at her).

- Kya kauntrol karna hai?

- Apne dono ka romanceee aur kya. 😌

Anupamaa started looking here and there and her finger rubbed awkwardly her temples.

- Areyyyy meri hone waali bhaabhi itna kyon sharma rahi ho? Mujhe na sab pata hai. Kal raat achhii thii tum dono ki ye to maine dekh liya aur kitniiiiii acchi thi vo kamre ki haalat ne bata diya...

She looked at her and her eyes were blinking more than usual in search of an appropriate answer. 

- Vo Mukku aesa ... Aesa kuch bhi ni hei... Vo (she gets serious) Achaa suno na...

- Haan bolo kya hua ekdum se ye shakal par paune baarah kyun baja liye ?

Anupamaa smiled and got back to what she was saying.

- Vo. Tumko ... Vo ajeeb nai laga tha hum dono ko subah aese saath me dekh ke aese ... Vo ... Ek kamre mein?

- Naii... Kyun? (She said casually) Mujhe kyun ajeeb lagega ye tum dono ki life hai tum dono decide karoge kya karna hai tum dono ko na ki main ya koi aur.

- Achaa...

-Haan merii maa...

- Vo mera matlb tha ki (clears her throat) abhi meri aur anooj ki

- Shaadi ni hui hai yahi na? (mimicking Anupamaa's words and her hand gestures) 'Or saadi ke pehle mein vo yese inke saath aur tumne dekh liya' and all that waali baatein... Yahi bolne jaa ri thi na?

She bowed her head down and nodded in affirmation.

- Nahiii Anu aisa kuch ni hai. Mujhe to aadat hai ye sab dekhne ki infact US me to ye pre- marital hookups bahut common hai.

- Hoo ... Hook... Kya? (And her hands moved instictively towards the hooks of her blouse at her back to check if they are alright.)

Malvika laughed hard at this one.

- Areyy Anoooo... Hook nahi hookups... Ye tumhare blouse ke hooks ki baat nahi kar ri hoon main.

- To phir ... Kya hota hai vo?

Malvika felt stuck. She doesn't want to ruin her beautiful mind with her typical vocabulary but she was the one to ask.
