Loki opened the door to his chambers just in time to see you putting the finishing touches to your make up. He was adorned in his royal armour, complete with the horned golden helmet. He looked exactly how an Asgardian Prince should look, regal and slightly intimidating. More than that, he looked happy.

"You look ravishing darling." He purred as he took in everything about you. The green of the floor length ball gown was an exact match to the green on his armour. The corset, pulled you in just enough to show off the curves that he loved so much, the elegant detailing giving you an air of delicacy about you. He wanted nothing more than to lift the ruffles of your skirt up and bury himself deep inside you, but the last thing he wanted was to give his father a reason to delay your departure.

You could see the hooded look in his eyes through the mirror in front of you.
"I hope you're enjoying the dress you chose." You teased him, standing up and taking a step towards him.

"Only the best for my queen." He pulled you in, softly placing his cool lips against yours. He could tell you were nervous by the slight rise in the temperature of your skin.

"Where's Bucky?" You asked, needing them both at your side for this. Crowds wasn't something you enjoyed, ones the size of an entire kingdom even less so.

Thankfully the door opened once again as Bucky walked in. "Right here doll." He smiled, walking over to you and Loki. He looked amazing, a pure black suit somehow bringing out the light in his eyes even more than usual. He copied Loki, giving you a soft kiss of his own.

"Are you two ready?" Loki asked, giving Bucky a quick kiss before he held out his arm for you to take.

You linked your arm through his before doing the same with Bucky. Your heart swelled as you looked up at both of them. It didn't matter how long you were together, you would never stop feeling lucky that the universe allowed you to love both of them.
"With you two by my side, how could I not be?"

"Shall we get this over with?" Bucky leaned down, his lips brushing against your ear. "I like that dress, but I can't wait to rip of off you."

Loki let out a small chuckle, knowing he'd had the exact same thought not moments ago.

The subtle warning was enough to have you clenching your thighs together.
"How am I supposed to concentrate now?" You huffed as Loki held the door open for you. The small heels on your shoes clicked loudly against the golden floor.

"You're not supposed to concentrate love. That was kind of the point." Loki explained, remembering that Bucky's entire focus for tonight was to keep you out of your own head. To keep you calm and hope that you'd somehow find a way to enjoy tonight. It was different from any gathering on Earth and he knew you'd be on edge the whole time. Waiting for something to go wrong. A part of him was doing the same, but he pushed that down opting to keep his focus solely on you.

You grumbled, rolling your eyes as you all headed to the great hall.
"You two will be the death of me."

You paused when you reached the large ornate golden doors. Taking a deep breath you tried to steady your nerves. Loki and Bucky took a step closer to you, protecting you, reminding you that you were not alone.

When the doors opened it seemed like the whole of Asgard was waiting for you. The sounds of applause and cheering echoing off the walls.

"Breathe my love, it will be fine." Loki reassured you as you all began walking further in.

At the far end of the hall sat Odin in his royal golden armour, on top of his throne. The man certainly had a thing about gold. Personally you couldn't see the appeal, silver always appealed to you more.
Frigga stood to one side of him, a proud smile on her face as she watched the three of you glide across the room to them. Thor stood the other side, his signature boyish grin plastered on his face.
