Stubborn Ass

"Lo, I love you, you know I do but you are a stubborn ass at times." Bucky shook his head in disbelief at Loki. After hearing about the argument he'd taken Loki for a walk through the palace gardens, hoping to be able to talk some sense into him. It had been two days since Loki snapped at Frigga and he'd avoided you in every way. Even going as far as to sleep alone. The sun beamed down on the pair of them, the light fracturing through the canopy of trees above.
"She's hurting and you're avoiding her. Just apologise, that's all she wants."

Loki stopped walking, running his hands through his raven locks before looking at Bucky.
"Being back here reminds me of all the bad I've done." He paused, shaking his head slightly as he thought back to what you'd said to him. "I know it takes more than shared blood to be a family. Being back here just reminds me of all the heartache I endured." Images of finding out his true heritage flash before him. Constantly being in Thor's shadow, being alone. Everything he'd fought so hard to leave behind.

Bucky wrapped his arms around Loki, placing a soft kiss against his lips.
"Then try something new. Make new memories to replace the bad. Go and fix this. She's our wife, she needs us both." He knew there was something simmering under the surface with you, and whatever it was; it was going to be something you needed their full support on when the time comes.

Bucky smiled as Loki walked away, looking very much the Prince he was. He knew coming back here was going to be hard for Loki, but he wouldn't let old memories take away from the happiness you all shared together. While he usually adored how headstrong you both were, sometimes it was beyond exasperating.

You woke to an empty bed, meaning Bucky had gone to talk to Loki like he had yesterday as well. You weren't even sure if you were still mad at him at this point, just disappointed. Loki had never stayed away from you for this long before. You wanted nothing more than to talk to him, to put things right but you wouldn't chase him. Not when you'd done nothing wrong.

You had a quick shower before pulling on one of the dresses that Frigga had given to you. You chose a deep red one for today. Brushing out you hair, you left it down before heading out to find either Bucky or food, whichever one you found first.

"My Queen." You heard his voice the second you walked out into the hallway. You looked up at him, noticing the bags under his eyes as he walked towards you.

"Loki."

"I'm so sorry my darling." He walked towards you cautiously, not sure of how you were going to react after days of him acting like an idiot.

You rolled your eyes. "I'm not the one you need to apologise to." While Frigga may hide it well, there was no way that his words hadn't hurt her too.

"And I will I promise, but right now you are my concern."

He held out his hand, offering it to you. With a sigh you stepped closer to him, sliding your hands up and around his neck.
"Seeing that hate towards your mother, it hurt Loki." You admitted, not wanting to make him feel guilty but wanting him to understand.

He knew that having a family was important to you, that it was something you'd have to fight for. "I did not mean what I said. She always has been and always will be my mother. You were right as always. Blood does not make a family. Love does."

You smiled up at him, your heart finally feeling repaired. "Say it again." You teased.

Loki instantly knew what you were referring too. His own smiling breaking out across his face.
"You were right, as always."

"Perhaps there's hope for you yet my King." You nuzzled your nose against his.

Loki was beyond happy that you were back to teasing him, to being the fiery woman that he knew and loved.
"Please forgive me. I can't bear to go to this ball tonight without you by my side."

You rolled your eyes at him, shaking your head softly. Even after all this time he still didn't understand that you would never be anywhere other than by his side.
"Loki, even when I'm mad at you there is nowhere I would rather be than by your side. So yes, I forgive you."

His lips grazed against yours, the coolness of them sending shivers through your body. You pulled him closer, allowing him to sweep his tongue across yours. You'd missed this, the way you could get lost together in a single kiss. As if nothing else in the world existed.

Keeping your lips locked together, Loki began to manoeuvre you backwards, back into the room you were all sharing. He kicked the door closed behind him, the bang echoing down the hallway. You chuckled against him, desperately trying to pull at his armour. It was one thing you never could quite work out. With a huff you gave up, pulling back to look up at him.
"Do you mind? It's in the way and we don't have much time."

He chuckled, lifting you up to wrap your legs around his waist as your clothes disappeared. He gently lowered you onto the bed, the soft sheets almost swallowing you up. His lips moving across your collarbone before he moved down to your breasts. He took one nipple into his mouth, flicking his tongue across the hardened peak. With his hand he pinched the other, alternating between the two until you were a quivering mess beneath him.

"Loki please..." You panted out, knowing you couldn't last much longer. It had been too long since you were both intimate like this.

He grazed his teeth over you, sending a slight jolt of pain through you. "What's the matter my Queen?" He teased, his finger pinching at your nipple once again.

"I need you."

"Where? Use your words my love." He continued to tease, knowing it would only cause your release to be that much sweeter.

You hooked your legs around his waist, pulling him closer to you. His length sitting against your bundle of nerves. You rolled your hips over him the friction causing you to let out a moan. He pushed your hips down into the sheets.

"I said use your words." He growled, the dominant side of him coming to the surface.

"I want you to fuck me." You bit out, desperate for any kind of release.

"Good girl," he purred before lining himself up with you. In one swift movement he was completely sheathed inside you. The burn of him stretching you quickly subsiding into pure pleasure.

Your nails raked across his back as he brushed his length over the sweet spot inside you. Your legs clenching around his waist as he claimed you.
You'd missed this, the way you lost yourselves in each other. Nothing else mattered other than the feeling of your bodies moulding together as one.

His thumb brushed across your clit, wanting nothing more than to see you unravel underneath him.
"Cum for me my Queen."

You obeyed without hesitation, the knot in your stomach snapping with inhumane force. You cried out his name, not caring if the whole of Asgard heard you.

Loki watched as you came undone, following you mere seconds later.

He collapsed on the sheets next to you, pulling you to his chest.
"I've missed you darling." He kissed the top of your head, stroking his hand up and down your back.

"I've missed you too Loki."

A comfortable silence settled over you, only broken when Bucky walked in the room. He took one look at both of you and smiled.
"I take it you sorted things out then."

You patted the bed next to you, wanting him to come and lay with you. He wasted no time in kicking his boots off and crawling in behind you. He wrapped his arm around you, placing a kiss to your shoulder.

"Do we have to go to this ball?" You asked, your eyes struggling to stay open.

"Yes darling, but we've got time. Get some rest." Loki reassured you with another kiss.

You happily let sleep overcome you, content in knowing you had both your husbands by your side once again.
