Chapter 8

Approach

Seon pushed Jimin after a rather passionate kiss and then put her hand to her mouth not believing exactly what she had just done.

"You see, I'm not the only one who feels a sense of attraction as it seems." Jimin didn't seem taken aback by her actions and instead, he just commented on the obvious as he licked his lips out of the sheer pleasure of the moment.

"Please go away and just stop whatever you are doing. I love Jungkook. You may not believe it that much after this but I really love him and I hate cheating!" Seon went off at him, trying to explain to him as clearly as she could that this situation was not something she was seeking nor something she wanted to let develop into something she would surely regret.

"Do you really think that I want to hurt the people I love around me? I'm not a monster Seon, I just want you and that's something I can not deny. What do you want me to do?!" Jimin suddenly erupted as he lived for years in the hell that was inside him, in the division he has between his emotions that he does not seem to be able to control or deny even if he knows that he is not right towards his brother or girlfriend.

A silence fell between them after that before Jimin decided to break it again.

"We need to find a solution to this situation and quickly Seon. Just tell me what I need to do to not feel this way. What I need to do to stop this and I will do it." Once again, Seon did not know what to say to him as this discussion was no longer a simple game but very, very serious.

"I don't know, damn it! I do not know! Maybe if you showed this attention to your girlfriend, instead, maybe just maybe. I don't know! Just stay away from me, okay!!" Now it was Seon's turn to shout, releasing her irritated feelings.

After that, Jimin just gave her a gaze that displayed some kind of irritation, as if her words somehow had offended him and he just turned and grabbed his jacket, hurriedly put on his shoes and slammed the door behind him as he left.

--- time skip next morning ---

Seon was scrolling down the web pages of the magazine that her husband was in charge of since you had sent her some videos from the back scenes of the photo shoot and now she was curious to see how the final result had come out.

"What are you looking at, my love? Anything interesting?" Jungkook's voice was heard as he had just finished his morning shower and entered the living room with his shirt still open and his tie hanging neatly around his neck.

"It's your magazine, I want to see how your pictures came out," she replied as she continued to look at the tablet until Jungkook suddenly snatched it from her hands, giving her a nervous look.

"Before you continue, I have to inform you of a small detail that I did not mention prior" He gave her an innocent smile in order to sweeten her before he was to tell her what she would see anyway, but of course, he didn't plan of letting her find out about the aftermath of that photoshoot.

"What? If it's about the photo shoot with a female model as a partner, Y/N told me already, so no worries. She told me how you struggled and how shy you were and everything." Seon told him as she took the tablet out of his hands again, leaving him with wide eyes as he turned his head to the side.

When she says everything, she doesn't mean everything right? Because Y/N gave me her word that she would not say.

"And what do you have to say about that?" He decided to fish a bit around just to be safe as he took a seat next to her on the couch, looking at the screen that now showed photos of him with the model.

"Mmm ... I'm very happy that you are not a model because if you were to do this often we would end up fighting." Seon expressed her honest opinion, as she turned and faced him, giving him a smile that hid her slight annoyance.

Jungkook started laughing out loud at her cute display of jealousy before he brought his lips and stole a small kiss from hers.

"It will not happen again, baby. Even though, the fact that it happened, to begin with, was your friend's fault for getting me involved." Jungkook reassured her as he got up and went to the kitchen to eat his breakfast which Seon had prepared and was waiting for him at the table.

"Yes ... Since Y/N was mentioned ... I have a favour to ask you." She approached him slowly, bringing the topic up carefully for she didn't want him to decline the request she was about to make.

Jungkook just nodded for her to continue as he had his mouth stuffed already with some food and could not speak.

"Eh ..., you see...She lost her job recently and currently, she is looking for a new job so I was thinking if ... You know ..."

"Stop right there Seon. You know I do not like to mix personal interests with work and I will never hire someone who does not deserve the position. I'm sorry." Jungkook sounded absolute but it was not that he didn't want to help but he was a very strict professional and fair in terms of choices when it comes to his employees, who have won their place with his capabilities and it would be disrespectful to them if he was taking you as an employee just because you are his wife's best friend and his brother's girlfriend.

"I'm not saying to hire her if she's not fit for the job. I'm just saying to give her a chance to try out for some position you may have open." Seon began her explanation by not intending to leave him without convincing him, knowing the difficult financial situation of her friend who certainly needed a helping hand, although you would never admit to that out loud.

"And like what can Y/n do in the magazine, exactly? Apart from breaking my nerves and interfering with my work?" His response overflowed with contempt for your face and your abilities, making Seon's facial expression fall serious.

"Be careful of your tone when talking about my friend, cause I won't tolerate that!! And if you want to know Y/N could easily take this position for the new section of the magazine you have been talking about. The one where people can send emails regarding their romantic problems and someone must answer them, advising them through articles. "Jungkook smiled at his wife's attempt to persuade him as there was no way he could give such a position to someone without the proper experience such as you were.

"Don't laugh! She is very good at articulating her advice and she is into psychology too. Sit down and let me show you some drafts that are stored on my tablet. You just wait." As Seon ran to fetch the tablet, determined to prove him wrong for she believed him to be very skilled and gifted but Jungkook just rubbed his forehead and let out a deep breath.

Ahh, my love is so sweet that she really thinks Y/N would be good enough to stay at a job without screwing up within the week.

As Seon brought him the tablet he took it from her hands and decided to take a look so as not to appear rude towards his wife's sweet attempt to help her friend, but as he began to read the articles, his mind began to change for your writing was clean and interesting and good enough for someone who is supposed inexperienced.

A smile reached Seon's lips as she saw him grin while reading the page carefully and with interest.

"What the hell ?! Why is it cut short? Where's the next part?" He complained as he turned and looked at her, talking about the article that was incomplete because Seon had the draft of only one small passage.

"I obviously don't have it but you see that it is worth a chance, right?" Seon gave him a look as if telling him that he should not judge hastily again as he did a few minutes ago.

"I don't know. But I promise to think about it. Are you happy baby?" Seon gave him a sweet kiss on the lips as she smiled broadly before replying to him.

"With you? Very much."
