Chapter 16

Guilt

Yoongi devoted all his attention to the papers in his office until the door opened and a head made its entrance followed by a cheerful little "Cha!"

He could not help but smile when he saw his girlfriend, Dae, entering the room with a smile on her face as always and with a bag in her right hand.

"Time for a break." She announced to him in her happy voice, leaving on the edge of his desk the bag of food she had brought before going to him and giving him a quick sweet kiss on the lips as a greeting.

"You came at the right time because I was hungry," He told her, leaving the papers aside and grabbing the bag while Dae headed for the balcony door, which she opened to let some fresh air in.

She then went to him, letting herself sit on his desk as Yoongi was opening the containers with the food. Once everything was set, he grabbed his chopsticks and offered her the first bite to her, making  Dae smile at him before receiving it. 

He stuffed his mouth immediately after, making her start giggling at how cute he appeared with puffed cheeks and he smiled back because of that, thinking how much he liked the simple yet functional relationship they had.

Ari was waiting at the entrance of the school where her boy Taehyung was working as she had decided to come and visit him to have lunch with him for today her schedule was freer.

She had texted him that she would come and was waiting for him outside and all she had to do was wait for him to appear, ignoring as much as she could the eyes of the young students who were on their break.

Taehyung was quick to reach there, increasing his pace as soon as she fell into his field of vision.

"My love!" He called her in front of everyone, wrapping her in both his arms as soon as she was in his reach.

"Taehyung, the kids are watching us, get off" Ari reminded him as she felt uncomfortable under their eyes, especially the eyes of some girls who seemed to look at her with dislike.

"Well, I didn't do anything. Besides they are old enough to know how things go with relationships." He argued reasonably, then smiled while he placed his hand on Ari's shoulders, urging her to follow him towards the school's parking lot where he had left his car.

"Do you want us to stay in the car and...or should we just go for a cup of coffee nearby?" His words left things to be implemented and  Ari couldn't help but give him a shocked gaze.

"What! Have you lost your mind?... Stop it. You idiot!!" She yelled at him while hitting his arm a little, and Taehyung just burst out laughing.

"All jokes aside, it's on my backer list to do it once in the school's parking lot or in some indoor space of the building. But since you don't want to now, it can't be helped, we can leave it for another time." He continued his mockery even though what he said about his bucket list was true to a point but at this moment he was just joking with her.

"Baby, how many hours of teaching did you have today that made you lose all your brain cells?" Ari questioned him, but as he started counting, they both ended up laughing like idiots in the middle of the parking lot with the eyes of children watching them, since some had secretly followed them out of curiosity.

Seon looked confused at her reflection in the mirror of her bathroom where she had closed herself in after what happened with Jimin. She had allowed it again and now she had serious issues to deal with and clarify with herself.
