Seon felt her breath halting on her chest as she held her phone in her hand, which displayed the text message she had just received from Jimin. She had yet to open it, but the fact itself that he had contacted her after such a long time, made her heartbeat speed up in nervousness and her fingers slightly tremble as she swiped to open the message.

"I am outside your apartment building." She mumbled to herself what she read and then she just stared at the text briefly caught by surprise over the fact that he had literally come to see her.

"He read it. Oh my, he read the manuscript." A slight joy crept on her face as she thought of that being the only reason he would reach out to her and then Seon rushed to go up to her room and fix herself a bit, before going to meet him.

She sure had no need to doll up for him, for Jimin had seen her in way worse conditions certainly by now, but the excitement within her didn't allow her to be sloppy with it. She was finally going to see him after so many days. She was going to have him right before her, after the way she had shattered him and rejected him...the realisation made her enthusiasm die down as she observed herself in the mirror.

"What if...he didn't come to tell me that he forgives me...what if...he came to say that he had grown too tired and is now too late...what if...he doesn't believe that I truly love him even after reading that book?" Seon's insecurities started rolling off her tongue just as her face started morphing in distress for only the thought of those options was making her chest feel tight.

She couldn't give up on him. Yes, she had been too much of a coward, she had run away from him and denied him to the utmost of her abilities. She had stepped over his feelings in order to save someone else's. However, she had been in pain as much as him while doing that, for just because she had been doing what she considered right towards her husband, and because of her guilt and moral obligation towards Jungkook, that didn't mean that doing that so-called right thing, hadn't been hurtful for her too.

Jimin had to understand, he had to believe her. He had to give her a chance. For she had killed such a big part of her own self, to barely admit that she didn't love anyone but him and she wasn't going to love anyone else besides him either. No matter how much time was to pass, Seon was certain. Jimin is for her the one she could truly be happy with.

"It's okay...even if he rejects me it's okay. His pride is wounded, I won't give up. If a book it's not enough to make him realize my love, I will do everything it takes." She ended up encouraging herself after some seconds of looking at herself in the mirror with sadness, determined to tear her ego apart if needed, in pursuing him.

He inhaled two deep breaths before she gave some light slaps on her cheeks and rushed outside her room and down the stairs in a hurry, grabbing her coat along the way before she exited her apartment and took her leave. She didn't wait for the elevator and instead sped up down the stairs, resulting in her having shaky breathing once she found herself at the entrance of her apartment building, with eyes that looked around in search of his figure, only to finally halt on Jimin's figure that was standing at the other side of the road by the side of his parked car that was some feet away.

Seon's eyes lit up as she made eye contact with him and they both froze in place for a brief instant, as they each started getting overwhelmed by feelings at each other's presence. Jimin was the first to break eye contact as he looked down and Seon felt her heart falling heavily at that moment, only for her to take one more deep inhale in and looked at the side, before passing the road safely.

Her feet started feeling heavy once she was just some feet away from him and she hesitantly moved closer, halted at a two feet distance from him, just as Jimin lifted his gaze from the ground and looked at her.
