Dae, Ari and You had gathered at Seon's house as today was the day you had taken her out of the hospital.

Dae had gone and picked her up with her car at noon while the other two had come later, you because of work and Ari because she had some procedures to do, since she had decided to close her shop and travel for a while.

"Are you sure about this choice? A breakup isn't the end of the world you know. You have us too." Dae tried to reason with her but Ari seemed determined.

"I have always had proposals for overseas collaborations but I never accepted them because I knew Taehyung wouldn't be able to come with me. I didn't want work to separate us but now we're separated anyway so there's nothing stopping me from going around and getting new knowledge related to my business." She explained to them and you were all silent for a while, understanding her way of thinking.

"If that's the case, do what's best for your life. You have our support," You told her with a small smile before taking another sip of the hot chocolate Dae had made for you earlier.

"When are you leaving exactly?" Seon asked and Ari showed her excitement on her face as she answered you that she was leaving tomorrow, her words leaving you all gasping as you didn't expect it to be so soon.

"Wow. You really aren't holding back at all." Dae commented and the others laughed a bit before coming in a hug all together.

"We won't lose touch, so don't worry about anything. You will always be my friends." Ari assured you and you all smiled brightly, trusting in her words.

You all sat back down and talked for a while longer until Ari finished her coffee and then got up to leave since she had to pack and Dae decided to go along with her since they lived in the same apartment and they most likely needed their own time on giving their goodbyes for they had a closer friendship.

As soon as the two of them left, you turned and looked at Seon, wondering if this news had made her sad. After all, the doctors had told you to keep her away from strong emotions for a while longer as there were chances of her health decaying again.

"She's doing well. She's taking her life into her own hands. I guess I should start doing that too." Seon exclaimed as she got up from the couch and headed for the stairs, her words giving you a momentary sense of relief that she was taking this in a good light.

"Where are you going?"

"I have my writing deadline coming up, with this and that I gave up the book I was writing and the publisher is waiting for drafts," Seon informed you, monotonously as she started to climb the stairs to the second floor.

"Don't bury yourself in work! The doctor said you should rest." You reminded her and Seon turned and gave you a small smile.

"Don't worry, I'll be careful. Work will do me good. I'll have something to do so my mind won't wander around." She confessed as writing at that moment was the only salvation to fool her thinking and not be tormented with thoughts about Jungkook's hurt feelings nor Jimin's feelings and most importantly not her own.

She needed a break, she needed to take care of herself, get back on her feet and decide once and for all what she wants from her life.

"Alright then, call me if you need anything. I'll stop by again tomorrow," You told her as you waved at her, saying nothing more until she was out of sight.

You just lowered your head soon after that, feeling tired with all that was going on. Jimin had started working again like before after that night when you came back from Jungkook's apartment to find him in bed, passed out.

He had woken up the next day pretending like nothing had happened like he didn't get hurt that day in the hospital when he saw Jungkook with Seon and like he didn't drink a river because of that pain. No matter how many times you had tried to bring it up in an attempt to get him to not hold hurt feelings inside, he would just change the subject, and walk away.

It had been almost six days since that day, and you couldn't help but admit that Jimin wasn't the only one who didn't want to talk about things as you didn't want to talk or even think about quite some things yourself. such as your feelings for Jungkook which were now difficult to refute to yourself that they existed.

You weren't sure how things had gotten to this point but at least he looked better after that night that you had comforted him, and he had held you in his arms until he fell asleep on your shoulder.

He had calmed down somewhat, or at least seemed calmer at work. He yelled less and didn't get upset as easily as he did in the beginning. He was doing what he usually did and that was his job.

He was back, serious and dedicated only to his work, he didn't talk about anything else, he didn't crack a smile even if it was for a business reason, and he didn't go out of his way for anything but work. He wasn't in the greatest joys of his life, but at least he had stopped drinking and that was something.

Dae seemed to be on ending things with Yoongi again despite their fight, as she had told you. She had decided to trust him when he had told her that he only wanted to win and had no intentions of doing anything with Ari and such he had put doubts in her mind regarding Taehyung. He had been honest and she had believed him for she knew his devious nature but also wanted to trust that he loved her more than letting a stupid act get between them.

Part of you was happy she was giving him a chance as well as the fact that Ari seemed to be making a fresh start. Seon seemed to be willing to redirect her life, and Jimin seemed to be going about his normal daily routine. Only you felt as if you were trapped in the present and were chained in a past you didn't seem able to let go of.

But how could you get away from it, when you have Luke every other couple of days appearing in front of you in the office, and looking at you all the time whenever you were to fall in his field of vision?

It made you uncomfortable and scared because you knew there was no way he wasn't thinking about something and it was this uncertainty that had been filling you with constant anxiety and making you feel like a vessel - full of a mixture of emotions - that was ready to explode.

You grabbed your coat and bag and left Seon's apartment, intending to go home since you had left work earlier today, after your supervisor had given you the permit, of course.

But just as you stepped out of the doorstep, your phone went off and you quickly took it out of your pocket and looked in wonder for a moment at the unknown number that you faced on the screen, for it was calling you.

"Yes?" You picked up the phone after a brief moment of contemplating it and an unknown voice replied back to you.

"Is this Miss Y/N?"

"Yes, that's me. May I know who is this?"

"I'm Jimin's colleague. I need your help." The stranger's words fill you with concern for a moment and your legs started running faster to get out to the side of the road and find a taxi.

"Where are you? I'll be there as fast as I can. Can you tell me what happened to him?" You bombarded him with questions as once outside the other hand of your was trying hard to stop a passing taxi, but failed.

"We're at the airport. We just got back from a flight. The thing is..." The stranger seems hesitant to tell you any further, making you grow even more uneasy.

"Just tell me what happened to him, man!" You couldn't help but hardly raise your voice at whoever was on the line just as a taxi finally stopped at your feet and you hurried inside.

"He's getting married, he says." The male voice on the other end of the line blurted out, leaving you speechless and with wide-eyed.

"He is doing what?!! WITH WHOM?"
