Chapter 49

"I guess, you want to use the bathroom. Go ahead." You stepped aside and passed by Jungkook while trying your best to behave as normally as possible after seeing his face so suddenly in front of you once you had opened the door. 

You walked to the living room casually where you found your bag and pretended to place it more neatly, as, from the corner of your eyes, you kept observing Jungkook that was standing at a spot and was staring at you. 

"Jungkook, aren't you gonna go to bed?" You questioned, "It's kind of late and we have work tomorrow." You added as you headed to the kitchen, supposedly busy with something.

"I want us to sleep together." His words that reached your ears made you freeze for a moment before you turned to face him.

"Jungkook, don't you remember what we talked about the other day?" You brought up that topic as delicately as possible and he just smiled at you before he walked up to you. 

"I know, so let's just sleep in the same bed. We have been married for so long, it is impossible that we didn't at least manage to get to the point of sharing a bed." His words sounded as if he was trying to provoke you to say no, while the smile remained on his lips, making shivers travel through your back.

"Y-Yes... I guess... But you on your side and I on mine!" You clarified while pointing a finger at him and then at yourself, adding emphasis to the distance, which was extremely important in your mind.

"I promise." Jungkook gave you his word, now his eyes shining with joy, which pleased you for he at least was looking happy and was no longer silent like before. 

"I'm going to change first then, you wait here." You informed him before you passed him by.

"Do you mind if I come to observe?" Jungkook asked with a sly smile on his face before you got the chance to get too far away, his question making you turn around abruptly and gave him a shocked stare.

"There is no problem in looking. I won't touch anything." He added as he began to walk close to you.

Wh-Wh-What !!! What is he even-? Seon~.

You panicked in your mind as now Jungkook reached in front of you, took your wrist and pulled you with him to the bedroom, looking like he wasn't really expecting to get approval from you.  

"Hold up, Hold up...Okay, yes it may not have anything to do with touching..you are right .. BUT STILL! -"

"I don't want to hear any excuses. I am your husband, you have nothing to be ashamed of me." Jungkook interrupted you, then he proceeded to close the bedroom door and let himself lean against it with his arms crossed over his chest, making him look like a  bodyguard.

"Little one, please. You are putting me in a difficult position." You looked at him with puppy eyes hoping to convince him but the only thing that you won was his look hardening as he looked at you.

"Seriously? I don't see why the position is difficult while I am your husband and you love me. Isn't that so?" His question left you gulping your saliva with difficulty as you understood that something was going on with him certainly and it didn't seem like you could afford any further talking back.

"What kind of question is that? Of course, I love you. It's Just -"

"If it's so then stop talking and just go ahead and change. I want to fall asleep with my wife by my side." He interrupted you and then headed to the bed where he sat, his gaze fixed on you, making you feel even more embarrassed than you already were.

Damn, who can I call now and make it here on time to save me from this...they all live so far...

You thought as you still had your cell phone in your hand, but you knew that in order for anyone to actually get you out of this awkward situation they had to be waiting outside the door or something so that wish was impossible
